Claims (8)
- 정상 조성은 알칼리 금속염소산염이 결정화에 의해 직접 단리될 수 있는 과염소산염 수용액의조성이고, 그대로 또는 조합형태로 연속적으로 일정하게 전기분해 단계를 떠나는 염소산염의 양 및 물의 양과 각각 동일한 양으로 염소산염 및 물을 동시에 전기분해 단계로 연속적으로 도입함으로써 이 상태에 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는, 전해질이 균일하고 정상조성을 지는 단일 전기분해 단계에서 알칼리 금속 염소산염 수용액의 전기분해에 의한 알칼리금속 과염소산염의 연속 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단일 전기분해 단계로 들어가는 모든 염소산염 치 모든 물이 염소산염 수용액에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모든 염소산염일 고체형태로 단일전기분해 단계내로 들어가는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염소산염의 일부가 고체형태로 단일 전기 분해 단계내로 들어가고, 염소산염의 나머지는 수용액의 형태로 상기 단계내로 들어감을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염소산나트륨의 과염소산 나트륨에로의 전기분해의 경우에 전해질이 리터당 적어도 100g 의 염소산 나트륨을 함유하도록 유지시킴을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기분해를 구획으로 분할되지 않고 단일막내 전극을 갖춘 전기분해전지에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 양극 재료가 백금 기재이고, 음극 재료가 연강 또는 청동임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6또는 7항에있어서, 염소산나트륨의 과염소산나트륨에로의 전기분해의 경우, 전기분해를 10내지 70A/dm2의 양극 전류 밀도, 40℃ 내지 90℃ 의 온도 및 6내지 10의 pH 에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
