Abstract
오존이 풍부한 혼합 산화제를 생산하기 위한 전해조(10)가 공개된다. 전해조는 염수 용액을 해리시켜 오존 및 염소 기재 산화제를 생산한다. 개선된 전해조 설계는 오존 대 그밖의 산화제의 비율이 최적화되게 하므로써, 더욱 유효한 살균 용액을 제공한다. 오존 생산은 전해조내 염수 요액의 잔류시간 및 전해조의 배향을 조정하므로써 조정된다.

Claims (6)
- 하기로 구성된, 오존 함유 혼합 산화제 흐름을 생산하기 위한 장치; 실질적으로 평면인 제1표면으로 구성된 양극 수단; 실질적으로 평면인 제2표면으로 구성된 음극 수단; 이때 상기 제2표면은 상기 제1표면과 평행임; 상기 제1및 제2표면사이에 전위를 유지시키기 위한 수단; 전해질 용액이 상기 제1및 제2표면사이로 흐르도록 하고 연속해서 음극 및 양극 흐름으로 나뉘게 하는 수단, 이때 양극 흐름은 상기 제1표면 및 상기 제1표면과 인접한 제2표면사이로 흐르도록 하게 하였던 상기 전해질 용액의 일부를 포함하고, 상기 유동수단은 조절 신호에 대한 반응으로 상기 전해질 용액의 유량을 변화시키는 수단을 더 포함함; 상기 전해질 용액이 전기화학적 상호작용을 받는 상기 제1및 제2표면에 의해 경계되는 전기화학적 상호작용 구역을 한정하기 위한 수단, 이때 상기 구역은 상기 유동수단에 의해 상기 상호작용 구역을 통과하여 흐르도록 된 전해질 용액이 상기 상호작용 구역을 통하여 취해진 경로와 무관한 상기 상호작용 구역내에서 실질적으로 동일한 잔류 시간을 갖도록 하는 형상임; 및 상기 양극 흐름내 오존과 관련된 변수를 측정하고 상기 조절 신호를 생산하기 위한 수단.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1표면은 Ⅷ족 금속으로 구성된 지역으로 구성되며, 이때 상기 지역은 상기 상호작용 구역의 가장자리에 위치하여서 상기 지역을 통과한 전해질 용액이 상기 지역 통과 직후 상기 상호작용 구역을 떠나도록 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정수단이 오존 측정 수단으로 구성된 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정수단이 pH 측정 수단으로 구성된 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상호작용 구역은 상기 전해질 용액이 공동(cavity)의 하부에서 상부로 흐르는 구역으로 구성된 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학적 상호작용 한정수단이 상기 제1및 제2표면 사이에 배치된 절연 가스킷을 포함하며, 상기 가스킷은 그 속에 구멍을 갖고 이때 상기 구멍은 상기 전기화학적 상호작용 구역의 적어도 하나의 경계를 형성하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
