Claims (9)

  1. 배합물중 보조용매가, 비점이 0 내지 -50℃이고 방사액체 중량의 10 내지 50%의 양으로 사용되며 하나이상의 수소원자를 함유하는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 할로탄소이고, 혼합 및 플래시-방사(flash-spinning)를 130 내지 240℃의 온도 및 500 내지 5,000psia의 압력에서 수행함을 특징으로 하여, 중합체를 염화메틸렌 및 보조용매를 필수적으로 함유하는 방사 액체와 혼합하여 중합체 5 내지 30중량%를 함유하는 방사 혼합물을 제조한 다음, 이 혼합물을 방사 액체의 자기 가열 압력이상의 압력에서 상당히 낮은 온도 및 낮은 압력의 영역으로 플래시-방사시키는, 합성 섬유-형성 중합체의 플랙시 필라멘트상 필름-피브릴 스트랜드(plexifilamentary film-fibrial strand)를 플래시-방사시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 할로탄소가 클로로디플루오로메탄, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄, 1,1-디플루오로에탄, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로-2-클로로에탄 및 1,1-디플루오로-1-클로로에탄중에서 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 선형 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 중합체가 이소택틱(isotactic) 폴리프로필렌인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 할로탄소의 양이 방사 액체 중량의 10 내지 35%이고, 혼합 및 플래시-방사를 140 내지 220℃의 온도 및 800 내지 2,500psia의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 염화메틸렌 50 내지 90중량% 및 비점이 0 내지 -50℃의 범위이고 하나이상의 수소원자를 함유하는 탄소수 1내지 3의 할로탄소 10 내지 50중량%를 필수적으로 함유하는 액체중에 합성 섬유-형성 중합체 10 내지 20중량%를 필수적으로 함유한 용액.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 할로탄소의 양이 방사 액체중량의 10 내지 35%이고, 혼합 및 플래시-방사를 140 내지 220℃ 온도 및 800 내지 2,500psia의 압력에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 중합체가 선형 폴리에틸렌이고, 할로탄소가 클로로디플루오로메탄, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로-2-크로로에탄 및 1,1-디플루오로-1-클로로에탄중에서 선택되는 용액.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 중합체가 이소택틱 폴리프로필렌이고, 할로탄소가 클로로디플루오로메탄, 1,1,1,2-테트라플루오로에탄, 1,1-디플루오로에탄, 1,1,2-테트라플루오로-2-클로로에탄 및 1,1-디플루오로-1-크로로에탄중에서 선택되는 용액.
