Claims (15)

  1. 엔진토오크를 발생하기 위한 내연기관 엔진(8;202)과, 엔진에 연료를 공급하기 위한 연료공급수단(88;88A)이 구성되고 있고, 이 연료공급수단은 최소토오크요구로부터 최대토오크요구까지의 범위에서 선택적으로 변화될 수 있는 토오크요구값(ta)을 갖는 토오크요구조건을 가지고, 연료공급수단이 제어가능하여 이로써 공급된 연료량이 상기토오크요구값의 변화에 따라서 변화될 수 있으며, 엔진출력토오크가 상기 엔진에 대한 연료공급의 증가에 응답하여 증가될 수 있고, 엔진(8;202)으로부터 적어도 하나의 바퀴(4)에 회전운동을 전달하기 위한 구동라인수단(12,14;205,208)이 구성되어 있으며, 상기 구동라인수단은 변속기어수단(14;208)과 상기 엔진(8;202)과 기어수단(14;208)사이의 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)으로 구성되어 엔진(8;202)으로부터 유도된 토오크가 기어수단(14;208)에 대한 토오크입력을 제공하는 토오크출력을 내기 위하여 클러치 수단에 의하여 전달되도록 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)에 입력되고, 상기 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)은 사전에 결정된 최대값과 제로사이에서 변화하는 토오크전달능력(tc)을 가지므로서 클러치수단에 대한 토오크입력이 전달능력(tc)을 초과할 때에 클러치슬립이 일어나고 토오크출력이 상기 클러치수단에 대한 토오크입력도다 작으며, 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 구성되어 있고 이 제어수단은 상기 기어수단(14;208)의 변속비변화요구가 상기 제어수단(16,18;214,216)에 의하여 감지될때에 상기 토오크전달능력(tc)이 제로로 자동 감소(적어도 상기 토오크전달능력의 감소)되도록하고 변속이 이루어진 다음 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)에 토오크전달능력(tc)의 자동적회복(상기토오크전달능력이 다시 적어도 자동적으로 증가함)되게 하는 모우터 차량(2)에 있어서, 상기 토오크요구값에 비례하는 토오크요구값신호(85;254)를 발생하는 감지수단(86)이 구성되어 있고, 상기제어수단(16,18;214,216)은 상기 토오크요구값신호(85;254)에 응답하고 상기 토오크요구조건의값(ta)에 비례하는 클러치수단의 토오크전달능력(tc)을 발휘토록 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)을 제어하므로서 상기 토오크요구조건의 사전에 결정된 값(x)의 이하에서 상기 클러치수단의 토오크전달능력(tc)이 상기 최대값보다 작게되도록 구성되며, 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 차량(2)이 동일한 변속비에서 계속주행하고 상기 토오크요구값신호(85;254)(이후부터는 “팁-인 신호”라 함)가 발생하여 상기 사전에 결정된 값(x)보다 낮은 값(J,M,N)으로부터 상기 토오크요구조건에서 현저한 증가를 보이는 동안에 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)의 토오크전달능력(tc)을 증가시키도록 응답하여 상기 증가시간의 적어도 일부분에서 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)의 토오크전달능력(tc)이 엔진(8;202)으로부터의 출력토오크보다 작아 상기 클러치수단의 슬립현상이 일어나도록 수성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 모우터 차량.

  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 토오크요구값(ta)이 상기 예정된 값(x)보다 작은 경우 상기 제어수단(16,18;214,216)가 클러치수단에 입력되는 토오크를 전달하는데 클러치수단에 요구된 것보다 약간 큰 값(g,j,v2,m,n4)에서 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)의 토오크전달능력(tc)를 고정토록 되어 있으며 상기 팁-인 신호의 발생시에 상기 제어수단(16,18;214,216)은 상기 발생전 설정된 값(j,m)으로부터 증가된 설정값(v2,n4)으로 클러치토오크전달능력(tc)을 증가시키기 위하여 응답토록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  4. 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)이 토오크전달능력(tc)에서 증가율(v1,n3,p3)이 시간에 대한 능력의 지수적인 증가임을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  5. 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 상기 팁-인 신호의 발생시에 클러치토오크전달능력(tc)이 증가가 상기 팁-인 신호의 발생으로부터 지연시간(T2)이후부터 시작되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  6. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 상기 토오크전달능력(tc)가 상기 팁-인 신호의 발생 결과로 자동증가되기 전에 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)의 토오크전달능력(tc)을 감소(r1,s1)토록 상기 팁-인 신호의 발생에 응답토록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  7. 청구범위 6항에서 있어서, 클러치수단(Ⅰ,Ⅱ;205)의 토오크전달능력(tc)에서 상기 증가율(r3,s3)이 상기 팁-인 신호의 발생에 대하여 응답하는 상기 제어수단(16,18;214,216)에 의한 클러치수단의 토오크전달능력의 상기 감소에 이어 시간에 대한 능력의 지수증가임을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  8. 청구범위 6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 토오크전달능력(tc)의 상기감소(r1,s1)가 예정된 지연시간(T2)중에 일어남을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  9. 청구범위 5항 또는 8항에 있어서, 상기 지연시간(T2)이 사전에 결정된 시간임을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  10. 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 토오크요구값(ta)이 상기 예정된 값(x)보다 작을 때에 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 토오크요구값(ta)의 예정된 함수이고 상기 토오크요구값(ta)보다 큰 값을 갖는 탐지기준값(DR)을 설정하도록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  11. 청구범위 10항과, 청구범위5항, 8항 또는 9항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 상기 지연시간(T2)가 탐지기준치(DR3, DR4)에 적어도 같은 값으로 증가하는 토오크요구값(ta)에 의해 발생된 상기 팁-인 신호의 결과에 따라 발생하도록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  12. 청구범위 10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 상기 팁-인 신호의 발생시간 현재의 탐지기준값(DR3)이 상기 팁-인 신호의 상기 발생으로부터 지연시간(T2+T3)후에 증가된 토오크요구값(N)만큼 초과될 때에 제어수단(16,18;214,216)이 증가된 토오크요구값(N)의 상기 함수인 증가된 값을 갖는 새로운 탐지기준값(DR4)을 설정토록 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  13. 청구범위 10항-12항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 토오크요구값(V)이 탐지기준값(DR2)이하인 경우 탐지기준값이 토오크요구값(ta)이 감소되는 최소토오크요구값(J)의 상기 함수임을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  14. 전기 청구범위의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 차량(2)이 차량의 이동중에 상기 변속기어수단(14)에서 일측 변속기어로부터 타측 변속기어로 자동변화하는 자동시스템(10)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 차량.
  15. 청구범위 1항-13항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구동라인수단이 차량의 이동중에 일측변속기어로부터 타측으로 변화하기 위한 반자동트랜스미션(204)으로 구성되고, 상기 반자동트랜스미션(204)은 상호 배타적으로 선택가능한 다수의 변속비를 갖는 변속기어수단(208), 요구된 변속비를 선택하기 위하여 운전자에 의하여 요구될 때에 조작가능한 변속비선택수단(212,230,232), 엔진(202)과 상기 변속기어수단(208)에 대한 회전운동입력축 사이에 개재된 클러치수단(205)과, 운전자에 의한 변속요구신호(242)의 발생시에 상기 클러치수단(205)을 자동분리하고 변속비선택이 이루어졌을 때 상기 클러치수단(205)을 자동적으로 재결합하기 위한 클러치수단(214,214)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 차량.
