Claims (11)
- 모우터차량(2)의 적어도 한 바퀴(4)를 구동시키는 동력장치로서, 이 동력장치가 회전력을 출력하는 내연기관 엔진(8)과, 이 엔진에 연료를 공급하기 위한 연료공급수단(76;80A,84,140;150,152)으로 구성되고, 이 연료공급수단은 엔진에 대한 연료공급량에 따라서 개방정도가 조절되도록 개폐되는 조절형 스로틀수단(80,84;80A,84,140;150,152)으로 구성되며, 상기 바퀴에 회전력을 전달하기 위한 회전출력축(12)과 엔진으로부터 출력토오크를 받기 위한 회전입력축(14)을 가지며 상기 축사이의 다수의 변속기어를 갖는 변속기(10)가 구성되어 있고, 각 변속기어는 차량운전자의 수동조작으로 변속기어선택수단(16)의 작동에 응답하여 결합 및 분리되며, 입력축에 엔진의 출력토오크를 전달하기 위하여 상기 엔진과 상기 입력축 사이에 개재된 클러치(20)와, 이 클러치의 토오크전달능력을 에상최대능력(C1)(크러치가 완전히 결합됨)으로부터 제로(0) 능력(클러치가 완전히 분리됨)의 범위로 변화시킬 수 있는 클러치제어수단(46,48)이 구성되어있고, 클러치 제어수단은 현재 결합되어 있는 변속기어를 분리하고자하는 운전자의 희망을 나타내는 제1신호(62)의 발생에 응답하고 다른 변속기어가 결합된 것을 나타내는 제2신호(60)의 발생에 응답하며, 상기 클러치제어수단은 상기 제1신호에 응답하여 클러치가 자동적으로 완전히 분리되게하고 상기 제2신호에 응답하여 클러치가 자동적으로 완전히 결합되게하며, 운전자의 스로틀명령신호에 응답하여 상기 스로틀수단은 개폐하는 스로틀제어수단(86,88,48,92,94)으로 구성되는 차량구동용 동력장치에 있어서, 스로틀제어수단(48,86,88,92,94,96)이 상기 스로틀수단(80,84;80A,84,140;150,152)이 개방되는 정도를 변화시키기 위하여 상기 제1신호(62)의 발생시에 자동적으로 작동가능하고 운전자의 현재 스로틀명령신호(90)에 의하여 명령된 것에 일치하는 개방정도(Td)로 스로틀수단을 복귀시키기 위하여 제2신호(60)의 연속된 발생시에 자동력으로 작동가능하며, 상기 제1신호으리 발생시(t1)에 스로틀 밸브수단이 운전자에 의하여 현재 명령된 개방정도(Td)보다 낮은 값(%T…Tc…0)으로 스로틀수단이 개방되는 정도를 적어도 감소시키도록 자동적으로 작동되고, 이미 결합되어 있는 변속기어보다 변속비가 큰 변속기어의 상기 클러치제어수단(48,48)의 결합을 나타내는 상기 제2신호의 발생시(t4)에 클러치(20)가 자동적으로 결합되어 클러치(20)의 토오크전달능력(C)이 상기 예상된 최대값(C1)보다 작은 목표토오크전달능력(Ct)까지 충분히 분리된 클러치로부터 증가되고 상기 목표토오크전달능력(Ct)까지의 증가과정에서 클러치(20)의 토오크전달 능력(C)이 제1비율로 증가되며 상기 목표토오크전달능력(Ct)에 이른 후에는클러치(20)의 토오크전달능력(C)이 자동적으로 상기 예정된 최대값(C1)을 향하여 낮은 제2 비율(124)로 증가되고, 상기 제1 비율(118)로 토오크전달능력의 증가과정에서 결합되는 클러치(20)가 엔진감속(120)이 제2신호의 발생(t4) 직전의 경우(114)보다 크게 엔진(8)의 감속(120)이 이루어지도록함을 특징으로하는 차량구동용 동력장치.
