Claims (2)

  1. (a) 1 내지 4개, 바람직하게는 1 또는 2개의 Cl 또는 Br 또는 I 원자를 함유하며 플루오르올레핀에 대해 50몰% 이하의 양으로 반응 혼합물에 공급되는 완전 할로겐화된 에틸렌의 존재 중에서 임의적으로, 반응용매인 클로로플루오르카본을 가스상 O2와 사용함으로써, -20 내지 -100℃의 온도에서 유지된 반응 혼합물을 자외선으로 조사함으로써, 액상 반응으로 수행되는 퍼플루오르프로펜 및 테트라플루오르에틸렌의 광산화, (b) 자외선 조사 중의 100 내지 250℃, 또는 0 내지 120℃의 온도에서 수행되는, 가스상 불소를 사용한 불소화 처리의 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 퍼를루오르알킬 또는 퍼플루오르클로로알킬 말단기를 갖는 하기 일반식의 퍼플루오르폴리에테르의 제조방법.
    식중, T는 연소원자를 함유할 수 있고, 특히 CF2Y-, CF2YCF2-,YCF2CF(CF3)-, TCF(CF3)CF2-(여기서, Y는 불소 또는 염소이다)일 수 있는 퍼할로알킬기이고; R 및 R'은 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 불소 또는 염소이며; 지수m,n은 0 이상 20 이하의 범위의 수이고, p는 0 이상 40 이하의 범위이며, q는 0 이상 10 이하의 범위이고, 단 m=0 일때, n은 1 이상 20 이하의 범위이고, p+q는 0.01 이상 0.5 이하의 범위이며, n=0, 또한 q=0 일때, m은 1 이상 20 이하의 범위이고 p/m은 0.5 이상 2이하이며, n 및 m이 0 이외의 것일때, m+n은 1 이상 20 이하의 범위이고은 0.01 이상 0.05 이하의 범위이다.
  2. 하기 일반식을 특징으로 하는 퍼플루오르폴리에테르.
    식중, T는 Cl원자를 함유하며, 특히 CF2Cl-, CF2ClCF2-,,일 수 있는 퍼할로알킬이고; R 및 R'은 서로 동일하거나 상이하며, 불소 또는 염소이며; 지수m,n은 0 이상 20 이하의 범위의 수이고, p는 0 이상 40 이하의 범위이며, q는 0 이상 10 이하의 범위이고, 단 m=0 일때, n은 1 이상 20 이하의 범위이고, p+q는 0.01 이상 0.5 이하의 범위이며, n=0, 또한 q=0 일때, m은 1 이상 20 이하의 범위이고 p/m은 0.5 이상 2 이하이며, n 및 m이 0 이외의 것일때, m+n은 1 이상 20 이하의 범위이고은 0.01 이상 0.05 이하의 범위이다.
