제 1 도는 페르킨엘머 제작의 FTIR-1730 분광계로 실시한 I.R. 분광학적 분석에서 나타난 겔의 스펙트럼을 보여준다.
Claims (14)
- 30/1 내지 500/1의 범위 내에 있는 SiO2/Al2O3의 몰비율과 500 내지 1,000m2/g의 범위 내에 있는 표면적 또한 0.3 내지 0.6ml/g의 범위 내에 있는 세공의 총부피 및 10Å이하인 평균직경크기의 세공으로 되어 있고 30Å이상인 직경크기의 세공이 없으며; (a) 다음의 몰비율에 따르는 바와 같은 용액성분을 사용하여 :SiO2/Al2O330 : 1 내지 500 : 1;TAA-OH/SiO20.05 : 1 내지 0.2 : 1;A2O/SiO25 : 1 내지 40 : 1;가수분해로 Al2O3에서 얻을 수 있는 알류미늄의 가용성화합물 및 역시 가수분해로 SiO2에서 얻을 수 있는 가용성 실리콘화합물의 에틸, n-프로필 및 n-부틸중에서 선택된 알킬기가 있는 테트라-알킬-암모늄 히드록시드(TAA-OH)의 수성용액을 만들고; (b) 겔화(gelification)가 일어나도록 상기의용액을 가열하며; (c) 수득한 겔을 건조시키고; 또한 (d) 건조된 겔을 우선 먼저 불활성 대기조건에서 그후 다시 산화성대기조건으로 석회화하여 얻은 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a)단계의 가용성 화합물이 알루미늄 트리-알콕시드이고 또한 (a)단계의 가용성 실리콘화합물이 테트라-알킬 실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기의 가용성 알루미늄 화합물이 알루미늄 트리-n-프로폭시드 또는 알루미늄 트리-이소프로폭시드이고 또한 상기의 가용성 실리콘 화합물이 테트라-에틸 실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a)단계의 용액성분이 다음의 몰비율로 이루어진 양만큼 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카및 알루미나겔 :-SiO2/Al2O350 : 1 내지 300 : 1-TAA-OH/SiO20.05 : 1 내지 0.2 : 1-A2O/SiO210 : 1 내지 25 : 1.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (a)단계의 반응이 실온(20-25℃) 내지 겔화 시작온도(약 50℃)까지의 범위 내에서 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (b)단계의 겔화반응이 50℃ 내지 70℃까지의 온도범위내에서 15분 내지 5시간까지인 범위내의 시간동안 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기의 겔화반응이 60℃의 온도에서 25-60분 정도의 시간동안 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (c)건조단계가 150℃까지의 온도까지 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기의 (c)건조단계가 90-100℃정도의 온도에서 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 알루미나겔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 (c)건조단계가 스프레이-건조로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, (d)석회화 단계가 500℃ 내지 700℃범위내의 온도에서 4 내지 20시간동안 실행되는 것을특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기의 (d)석회화 단계가 약 550-600℃의 온도에서 약 6-16시간동안 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 및 알루미나겔.
- 탄화수소 전환의 촉매공정에 1항 내지 12항에 따르는 실리카를 사용하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기의 촉매 공정이 4 내지 15개의 탄소원자를 분자속에 함유하는 직쇄(straight) 올레핀의 이량 중합 공정인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리카 사용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
