Claims (20)

  1. a) 투명한 비금속 기재 ; b) 상기 기재의 한 표면의 전착된 제 1 의 투명한 반사 방지금속 산화물 필름 ; c)상기 반사 방지 금속 산화물 층상에 전착된 투명한 적외선 반사 금속 필름 ; d) 상기 적외선 반사 금속 필름상에 전착된 투명한 금속 함유 하도층 ; e) 상기 하도층 상의 제 2 의 투명한 반사 방지 금속 산화물 필름 ; f) 상기 제 2 의 투명한 반사방지 금속산화물 필름상에 전착된 제 2 의 투명한 적외선 반사 금속 필름 ; g) 상기 제 2 의 적외선 반사 금속층상에 전착된 제 2 의 투명한 금속 함유 하도층 ; 및 h) 상기 제 2 하도층상에 전착된 제 3 의 투명한 반사방지 금속산화물 필름을 포함하는 고 투과성, 저 발산성 제품.

  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 하도층들이 티탄을 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 유리인 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물 필름이 아연과 주석의 반응생성 산화물을 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 의 반사방지 산화물 필름위에 전착된 보호성 금속 함유 외막을 전착시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  16. a) 스퍼터링 실(sputtering chamber)내에 투명한 비금속성 기재를 배치하는 단계 ; b) 산소를 포함하는 반응성 대기중에서 아연 및 주석을 스퍼터링하여 상기 기재의 표면상에 제 1 의 투명한 아연/주석 산화물 필름을 전착시키는 단계 ; c) 티탄을 스퍼터링하여 상기 산화물 필름상에 하도층을 전착시키는 단계 ; d) 불활성 대기중에서 은을 스퍼터링하여 상기 하도층상에 투명한 은 필름을 전착시키는 단계 ; e) 티탄을 스퍼터링하여 상기 은 필름상에 제 2 의 하도층을전착시키는 단계; f) 산소를 포함하는 반응성 대기중에서 음극 아연 및 주석을 스퍼터링하여 상기 제 2 의 하도층상에 제 2 의 아연/주석 산화물 필림을 전착시키는 단계 ; g) 티탄을 스퍼터링하여 상기 제 2 의 산화물 필름상에 제 3 의 하도층을전착시키는 단계 ; h) 불활성 대기중에서 은을 스퍼터일하여 상기 제 3 의 하도층상에 제 2 의 은층을 전착시키는 단계 ; i) 티탄을 스퍼터링하여 상기 제 2 의 은층상에 제 4 의 하도층을 전착시키는 단계 ; 및 j) 산소를 포함하는 반응성 대기중에서 아연 및 주석을 스퍼터링하여 상기 제 4 의 하도층상에 제 3 의 아연/주석 산화물 필름을 전착시키는 단계를 포함하는, 다층 저 발산성 도장 제품의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 기재가 유리인 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 의 금속 합금 산화물 필름위에 금속 함유 보호막을 전착시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 하도층들이 티탄을 포함하는 방법.
  20. 제11항에 있어서, 다층 도장된 제품을 고온 가공시켜 도막의 투과성을 증대시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
