Claims (21)
- (a) 투명기판과 ; (b) 간섭효과에 의해서 발색될 수 있는 두께로 상기 기판의 표면에 침착된 아연/주석 산화물의 투명피막과 ; (c) 상기 아연/주석 산화물 피막에 침착된 반사성 투명 금속 피막을 포함하는 태양에너지 반사제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 유리인 제품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반사성 금속 피막이 크롬, 티탄, 스테인레스강 및 니켈 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속을 포함하는 제품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반사성 금속 피막이 크롬금속, 산화크롬, 질화크롬, 티탄금속, 질화티탄, 스테인레스강, 및 인코넬로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반사성 금속피막이 질화크롬이 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판과 상기 아연/주석 산화물 피막사이에 침착되는 제2의 반사성 투명금속 피막을 더 포함하는 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 반사성 투명금속 피막이 크롬, 티탄, 스테인레스강 및 니켈함량으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 금속을 포함하는 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 금속피막이 크롬금속, 산화크롬, 질화크롬, 티탄금속, 질화티탄, 스테인레스강 및 인코넬로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 금속피막이 질화크롬인 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연/주석 산화물로 된 상기 투명피막이 피복제품에 파란 간섭색을 나타나게 할 수 있는 정도의 두께를 가지는 제품.
- (a) 기판의 표면에 간섭효과에 의해서 발색되는 아연/주석 산화물로 이루어진 제1의 투명피막을 스퍼터링시키는 단계와 ; (b) 상기 아연/주석 산화물 피막에 반사성 투명 금속피막을 스퍼터링시키는 단계를 포함하는 태양에너지 반사성 피복제품의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기판이 유리이고, 상기 스퍼터링을 자기적으로 촉진하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 크롬, 티탄, 스테인레스강 및 니켈합금으로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 금속을 스퍼터링시켜서 상기 금속 피막을 침착시키는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 불활성 분위기중에서 크롬을 스퍼터링하여 크롬금속을 침착시키는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 산화분위기중에서 크롬을 스퍼터링하여 약간 산화된 상태의 크롬을 침착시키는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 순수질소 분위기중에서 크롬을 스퍼터링하여 질화 크롬을 침착시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 아연/주석 산화물 피막을 스퍼터링하기 전에 상기 투명금속피막을 기판에 침착시키는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 아연/주석 산화물 피막을 스퍼터링하기 전에 상기 투명금속피막을 크롬의 스퍼터링에 의해 기판에 침착시키는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 불활성 분위기 중에서 크롬을 스퍼터링하여 크롬금속을 침착시키는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 산화 분위기 중에서 크롬을 스퍼터링하여 약간 산화된 상태의 크롬을 침착시키는 방법.
