Claims (13)

  1. (a) 투명한 비금속성 기질, (b) 상기 기질 표면상에 침착된 금속 산화물로 구성된 첫번째의 투명한 항-반사 필름, (c) 상기 첫번째 항-반사 금속 산화물 필름 후에 침착된 투명한 적외선 반사 금속성 필름, (d) 상기 적외선 반사 금속성 필름 후에 침착된 금속 산화물로 구성된 두번째 투명한 항-반사 필름으로 구성되고, 상기 두번째 항-반사 금속 산화물 필름 위에 침착된 보호 금속 산화물 상부피복이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 투과도, 낮은 복사도 제품.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 기질이 유리인 제품.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반사 금속성 필름이 은인 제품.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 금속 산화물이 아연 및 주석으로 구성된 합금의 산화물 반응 생성물로 구성되는 제품.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 금속 합금의 산화물 반응 생성물로 구성된 투명한 필름이 주석산아연으로 구성되는 제품.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 구리, 인듐 및 이들 산화물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 투명한 금속 산화물 항-반사 필름과 반사 금속성 필름사이에 침착된 프라이머 필름을 포함하는 제품.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 프라이머 필름이 구리로 구성되는 제품.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 보호 금속 산화물 상부피복이 티타늄 산화물로 구성되는 제품.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 티타늄 산화물 상부피복의 두께가 약 10∼50Å인 제품.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 티타늄 산화물 상부피복의 두께가 약 15∼20Å인 제품.
  11. (a) 투명한 비금속성 기질, (b) 상기 기질 표면상에 침착된 금속 산화물로 구성된 첫번째의 투명한 항-반사 필름, (c) 상기 첫번째 항-반사금속 산화물 필름후에 침착된 투명한 적외선 반사 금속성 필름, (d) 상기 적외선 반사 금속성 필름후에 침착된 금속 산화물로 구성된 두번째의 투명한 항-반사 필름으로 구성되고, 높은 투과도 낮은 복사도 제품의 최외부 금속 산화물 투명 항-반사 원자에 산소를 포함하는 분위기에서 화학적 저항성의 산화물을 형성하는 금속의 음극을 스퍼터링하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 투과도 낮은 복사도 제품의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 금속 음극이 티타늄인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 두께가 15∼20Å의 티타늄산화물층이 침착된 방법.
