Claims (13)
- (a) 투명한 비금속성 기질, (b) 상기 기질 표면상에 침착된 금속 산화물로 구성된 첫번째의 투명한 항-반사 필름, (c) 상기 첫번째 항-반사 금속 산화물 필름 후에 침착된 투명한 적외선 반사 금속성 필름, (d) 상기 적외선 반사 금속성 필름 후에 침착된 금속 산화물로 구성된 두번째 투명한 항-반사 필름으로 구성되고, 상기 두번째 항-반사 금속 산화물 필름 위에 침착된 보호 금속 산화물 상부피복이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 높은 투과도, 낮은 복사도 제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기질이 유리인 제품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반사 금속성 필름이 은인 제품.
