Claims (20)
- 순서대로:투명기체;첫번째 투명 비반사층;투명 금속층;이산화디타늄층;상부층과 2,7사이의 중간 굴절지수를 갖는 두번째 비반사층; 및상부 보호층:으로 구성되는 투명물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속층이 은, 구리, 알루미늄 및 금으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 투명물품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 첫번째 비 반사층의 물질과 두번째 비반사층의 물질이 산화아연, 산화비스쿠트, 산화인듐, 일산화규소, 산화주석 및 혼합된 인듐-주석 산화물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 투명물품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 금속층이 15-20nm 범위내의 두께를 가지는 은인 물품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 은층과 인접한 희생 금속 산화물층을 포함하고 희생금속은 티타늄, 알루미늄, 아연, 비스무트, 인듐 및 주석으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 투명물품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 두 비반사층이 30-60nm 범위내의 두께를 갖는 산화아연인 투명물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 희생금속이 티타튬인 투명물품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 기제와 상부층이 유리로 구성되는 투명물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상부층이 유리층과 두번째 비반사층 사이의 플라스틱층을 포함되는 투명물품.
- 제9항에 있어서, 코우팅된 층들의 저항률이 5 ohms/square 이하인 투명물품.
- 제10항에 있어서, 가시광선에 대한 투과율이 적어도 약 72%인 투명물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 기제가 코우팅된 층들과의 전기적 접촉을 이루기 위한 전극으로 구성되는 투명물품.
- 제12항에 있어서, 금속층이 스퍼터링에 의해 부착되고 두 비반사층이 반응성 스퍼터링에 의해 부착되는 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 물품의 복사율이 약 0.1 이하인 투명물품.
- 금속의 반응성 스퍼터링에 의한 첫번째 비반사층을 투명기체 위에 부착하고;은, 구리, 알루미늄 및 황금으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 금속을 스퍼터링하는 것에 의해 투명금속층을 부착하고;스퍼터링에 의해 금속층에 인접한 이산화티타늄의 층을 부착하고;금속의 반응성 스퍼터링에 의해 두번째 비반사층을 부착하고;스퍼터링된 층을 상부 보호층으로 덮는것;으로 구성되는, 70% 이상의 가시광선 투과율과 5 ohms/square 이하의 저항률을 갖는 투명물품의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 반응적으로 스퍼터링되는 금속이 아연, 비스무트, 인듐 및 주석으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 금속층이 은이고, 티타늄, 알루미늄, 아연, 비스무트, 인듐 및 주석으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 금속을 스퍼터링하여 은층위에 희생금속층을 부착하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서,스퍼터 코우팅 시스템을 지나는 첫번째 통과중에 첫번째 비반사층이 부착되고;스퍼터코우팅 시스템을 지나는 두번째 통과중에 은층과 희생적 금속층이 부과되고;스퍼터코우팅 시스템을 지나는 세번째 통과중에 두번째 비반사층이 부착되는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 희생금속이 티타늄인 방법.
