Abstract

本发明提供一种视窗及应用该视窗的电子装置。所述视窗包括一透明基体,该视窗还包括形成于透明基体二相对表面的光透增强层及一不导电金属层,该不导电金属层形成于其中一光透增强层的表面。一种应用上述视窗的电子装置,其包括一本体及一视窗,所述本体设置有一显示器,该视窗盖设于本体的显示器上;所述视窗包括一透明基体,该视窗还包括形成于透明基体二相对表面的光透增强层及一不导电金属层,该不导电金属层形成于其中一光透增强层的表面,所述视窗形成有不导电金属层的一面远离所述显示器,该显示器发出的光线依次经过一光透增强层、透明基体、另一光透增强层及不导电金属层透射出来。

Description

视窗及应用该视窗的电子装置
技术领域
本发明是关于一种视窗及应用该视窗的电子装置,尤其是关于一种具有镜面效果的视窗及应用该视窗的电子装置。
背景技术
现有电子产品(如手机、PDA等)的壳体常被镀覆一金属层或具有金属效果的膜层而使产品外观具有金属光泽或金属镜面效果,从而吸引消费者眼球。然而随着消费者对美的追求越来越高,单一的仅壳体具有金属光泽的效果已不能满足消费者的需求。由于人们在使用电子产品时常接触的界面是视窗,若使电子产品的视窗亦具有金属光泽或金属镜面效果,则会大大提升产品的外观竞争力及附加价值。作为应用于电子产品的视窗,首先要满足不能屏蔽电磁波的条件,以保持产品的正常功能;且由于视窗为人机交流的界面,又要求其在使用状态时具有高透光性。然而在所述视窗上镀覆金属层或具金属效果的膜层时必定会降低视窗的透光性。如何使电子产品的视窗在不屏蔽电磁波的条件下,既具有金属镜面效果又具有高透光性,一直是电子产品制造界的一个挑战。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种不屏蔽电磁波、且同时具有金属镜面效果及高透光性的视窗。
另外,还有必要提供一种应用上述视窗的电子装置。
一种视窗,其包括一透明基体,该视窗还包括形成于透明基体二相对表面的光透增强层,及一形成于其中一光透增强层的表面的不导电金属层,该不导电金属层用以对外部光线进行反射,该不导电金属层具有光反射性、光穿透性及电磁波穿透性。
一种电子装置,其包括一本体及一视窗,所述本体设置有一显示器,该视窗盖设于本体的显示器上;所述视窗包括一透明基体,该视窗还包括形成于透明基体二相对表面的光透增强层,及一形成于其中一光透增强层的表面的不导电金属层,该不导电金属层用以对外部光线进行反射,该不导电金属层具有光反射性、光穿透性及电磁波穿透性,所述视窗形成有不导电金属层的一面远离所述显示器,当该电子装置在未使用状态时,该视窗的不导电金属层对环境光线产生金属镜面反射作用,当该电子装置在使用状态时,该显示器发出光线依次经过一光透增强层、透明基体、另一光透增强层及不导电金属层透射出来。
相较于现有技术,本发明视窗在透明基体上设置一不导电金属层,当所述电子装置在未使用状态时,该视窗的不导电金属层对光线具有高反射性,从而呈现出金属镜面效果,增强了视窗的外观性;当电子装置在使用状态时,所述视窗的不导电金属层又具有光穿透性,且通过透明基体二相对表面光透增强层的设置来增强不导电金属层对光线的穿透,使人眼更易于阅读和观览资讯。且由于视窗的不导电金属层不导电,其对不会屏蔽电磁波,不影响电子装置的正常使用功能。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示,本发明较佳实施方式的视窗10包括一基体11、形成于基体11二相对表面的第一光透增强层12及一底漆层13、结合于底漆层13上的第二光透增强层15、结合于第二光透增强层15上的不导电金属层17及涂覆于不导电金属层17上的面漆层19。
基体11为透明的塑料基体,其可以注塑成型的方式制成。注塑该基体11的塑料可选自为聚丙烯(PP)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中的任一种。基体11亦可为玻璃基体。
第一光透增强层12为二氧化硅或二氧化钛膜,其可以由真空蒸镀的方法制成。蒸镀时,使用二氧化硅或二氧化钛作为靶材。该第一光透增强层12的厚度可为80-200nm。所述第一光透增强层12亦可为低折射率材料与高折射率材料交替镀覆制成的复合层。所述低折射率材料可为二氧化硅或三氧化氯,高折射率材料可为五氧化三钛、氧化锆或五氧化二钽。
底漆层13可为透明的紫外光固化漆膜,也可以为丙烯酸树脂漆膜。该底漆层13可增强第二光透增强层15与基体11的结合力及不导电金属层17的光亮度,其厚度可在1-30μm之间。
第二光透增强层15的结构及厚度可与第一光透增强层12相同。当本发明视窗10应用于所述电子装置并在使用状态时,所述第一光透增强层12及第二光透增强层15可增强电子装置的显示器所发出的光线对不导电金属层17的透过率(其光透过率在15-65%之间),从而使人眼能够清晰的阅读和观览咨讯。
不导电金属层17为以真空蒸镀的方式形成的膜层。形成不导电金属层17的材料可选自铟、锡、铝、钛、铝硅及不锈钢等材料中的任意一种。该不导电金属层17具有金属质感外观,其厚度在0.01-10μm之间。由于不导电金属层17的不导电性,其对无线射频的传输或接收不会产生干扰(即不屏蔽电磁波或具有良好的电磁波穿透性能)。当本发明视窗10在未使用状态时,该不导电金属层17对外部光线具有较高的反射性(其反射率在20-75%之间),从而使其呈现出金属镜面的效果;而当视窗10在使用状态时,该不导电金属层17具有光线可穿透性。
所述第一光透增强层13、第二光透增强层15、不导电金属层17的设置及其厚度的选择可通过光学膜系的数值计算软件计算出光谱曲线后而确定。
面漆层19为一透明的保护漆膜,其厚度可为10-50μm。该面漆层19可以为透明的紫外光固化漆,其具有较高的硬度以起到较好的表面保护作用。所述面漆层19中亦可添加彩色颜料,以使视窗10的外观更美观。
可以理解的,所述底漆层13可以省略,即第二光透增强层15直接形成于透明基体11相对于第一光透增强层12的表面。
可以理解的,当所述不导电金属层17具有较高硬度时,所述面漆层19亦可以省略。
请参阅图2所示,本发明较佳实施方式的电子装置20包括一本体21及盖设于本体21上的视窗10。所述本体21上设置有一显示器(图未示)。所述视窗10包括一基体11、形成于基体11二相对表面的第一光透增强层12及一底漆层13、结合于底漆层13上的第二光透增强层15、结合于第二光透增强层15上的不导电金属层17及涂覆于不导电金属层17上的面漆层19。该视窗10盖设于本体21的显示器上,且视窗10上形成有不导电金属层17的一面远离该显示器。所述本体21的显示器发出的光线依次经过视窗10的第一光透增强层12、透明基体11、底漆层13、第二光透增强层15、不导电金属层17及面漆层19透射出来。所述本体21可为手机、PDA、MP3或MP4的本体。
本发明较佳实施方式的视窗10在透明基体11上设置一不导电金属层17,当所述电子装置20在未使用状态时,该视窗10的不导电金属层17对光线具有高反射性,从而呈现出金属镜面效果,增强了视窗10的外观性;当所述电子装置20在使用状态时,所述视窗10的不导电金属层17又具有光穿透性,且通过第一光透增强层13及第二光透增强层15的设置来增强不导电金属层17对电子装置20的显示器所发出的光线的穿透,使人眼更易于阅读和观览资讯。且由于视窗10的不导电金属层17不导电,其对不会屏蔽电磁波,不影响电子装置20的正常使用功能。

Claims (10)

1.一种视窗,其包括一透明基体,其特征在于:该视窗还包括形成于透明基体二相对表面的光透增强层,及一形成于其中一光透增强层的表面的不导电金属层,该不导电金属层用以对外部光线进行反射,该不导电金属层具有光反射性、光穿透性及电磁波穿透性。
2.如权利要求1所述的视窗,其特征在于:每一所述光透增强层为二氧化硅或二氧化钛膜,其厚度为80-200nm。
3.如权利要求1所述的视窗,其特征在于:每一所述光透增强层为低折射率材料与高折射率材料交替镀覆制成的复合层。
4.如权利要求1所述的视窗,其特征在于:所述不导电金属层以真空蒸镀的方式形成,该不导电金属层的材料选自于铟、锡、铝、钛、铝硅及不锈钢中的任一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的视窗,其特征在于:所述不导电金属层的厚度为0.01-10μm。
6.如权利要求1所述的视窗,其特征在于:所述透明基体的一表面形成有一底漆层,所述其中一光透增强层结合于该底漆层。
7.如权利要求6所述的视窗,其特征在于:所述底漆层为透明的紫外光固化漆膜或丙烯酸树脂漆膜,该底漆层的厚度在1-30μm之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的视窗,其特征在于:所述不导电金属层上形成有一面漆层,该面漆层的厚度为10-50μm。
9.如权利要求1所述的视窗,其特征在于:所述透明基体的材料为塑料或玻璃。
10.一种电子装置,其包括一本体及一视窗,所述本体设置有一显示器,该视窗盖设于本体的显示器上;所述视窗包括一透明基体,该视窗还包括形成于透明基体二相对表面的光透增强层,及一形成于其中一光透增强层的表面的不导电金属层,该不导电金属层用以对外部光线进行反射,该不导电金属层具有光反射性、光穿透性及电磁波穿透性,所述视窗形成有不导电金属层的一面远离所述显示器,当该电子装置在未使用状态时,该视窗的不导电金属层对环境光线产生金属镜面反射作用,当该电子装置在使用状态时,该显示器发出光线依次经过一光透增强层、透明基体、另一光透增强层及不导电金属层透射出来。
