제1도는 본원 발명의 일실시예인 내연기관용 전자제어식 스로틀 밸브의 전개사시도.
제2도는 상기 스로틀 밸브의 I-I 단면도.
제3도는 스로틀 밸브의 횡단면도.
Claims (6)
- 내연기관의 흡기통로내에 배설되고, 제어할 내연기관의 운전상태 또는 액셀페달의 조작량에 따라 그 개폐도를 제어하여 흡입공기량을 제어하는 내연기관용 전자(電子)제어식 스로틀 밸브에 있어서, 상기 흡기통로내에 동축적으로 고정되고, 최소한 그 일단이 막힌 원통형상의 부재로 이루어지며, 그 원주벽 외주면과 상기 흡기통로의 내주면과의 사이에 기체유로를 형성하는 동시에, 그 원주벽에는 그 회전축에 대하여 대칭으로 배치되며 또는 대칭형상의 최소한 한쌍의 개구부를 형성한 고정부와, 상기 고정부재에 대하여 동축적으로 또한 슬라이드할 수 있도록 끼워지고, 상기 고정부의 원주벽에 형성된 상기 개구부에 대응하고, 그 회전축에 대하여 대칭으로 배치되며, 또한 대칭형상의 이동벽을 가진 가동부와, 상기 가동부에 회전구동력을 부여하는 회전구동수단으로 구성되며, 상기 가동부의 상기 고정부에 대한 상대적위치에 의해 상기 고정부의 개구부와 상기 가동부의 이동벽과의 사이에 형성되는 흡기통로의 면적을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 전자제어식 스로틀 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전구동수단은 상기 고정부의 일부에 고정되어 있는 내연기관용 전자제어식 스로틀 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전구동수단은 회전전동기로 구성되는 내연기관용 전자제어식 스로틀 밸브.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 회전전동기의 초음파모터인 내연기관용 전자제어식 스로틀 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자식 스로틀 밸브가, 내연기관의 서지탱크에 내장되어 있는 내연기관용 전자제어식 스로틀 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동부는 상기 고정부의 원통형상의 부재의 내부에 수용되어 있는 내연기관용 전자제어식 스로틀 밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
