Claims (4)
- 엔진에 공급될 공기 연료혼합기를 제어할 수 있도록 상기 쓰로틀 밸브축 주위를 회전하는 쓰로틀밸브축에 고정되어 있는 쓰로틀밸브의 개도를 제어하는 장치는 상기 쓰로틀밸브를 회전하는 상기 쓰로틀 밸브축과 결합되어 있는 로우터를 포함하는 모우터와 상기 쓰로틀밸브의 회전량을 검출하며, 상기 쓰로틀밸브의 개도에 대응한 신호를 발생시키는 수단과 검출수단으로부터의 상기 신호를 수신 및 판단하며, 소망의 개도로 상기 쓰로틀밸브를 회전시키기 위해 상기 모우터에 지령을 출력시키는 제어장치로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 쓰로틀밸브와 상기 모우터의 모우터가 별도로 일체화 된 쓰로틀밸브축 상에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쓰로틀밸브 제어장치.
- 상기 로우터는 상기 일체화된 축에 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위1기재의 쓰로틀밸브 제어장치.
- 상기 로우터와 일체화된 축은 같이 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 쓰로틀밸브 제어장치.
- 토오션스프링은 상기 쓰로틀밸브를 닫을 수 있도록 상기 축을 움직일 수 있게 상기 모우터에 대향한 상기 일체화 축의 일단부에 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 2기재의 쓰로틀밸브 제어 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
