Claims (8)
- 내연기관(24)의 전자구동제어시스템용 액설러레이터 제어장치(12)에 있어서, 제1위치("A")로부터 다른 위치로 회전되기 위하여 채용된 페달부재(28), 상기 제1위치("A")에서 사기 페달부재를 가압시키는 가압스프링부재(38), 회전각을 표시하는 전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 축부재(36)에 회전적으로 연결된 위치센서부재(40), 상기 페달부재(28)에 연결되고 상기 페달 부재가 회전되는 것을 표시하는 제2 전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 페달부재를 선회시키기 위하여 부과된 압력에 반응하는 압력스위치부재(57), 그리고 상기 축부재(30)의 회전을 감소시키기 위하여 상기 축부재(36)에 마찰력을 제공하며 상기 축부재의 끝에 있는 마찰부재(68)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액설러레이터 제어장치.
- 내연기관의 전기구동제어장치 시스템용 액설러레이터 제어장치에 있어서, 하우징(44), 액설러레이터 페달제어부재(32), 상기 하우징 내부에서 저어널된 축부재(36) 상기 액설러레이터 페달제어부재(32)에 상기 축부재(36)를 연결시키기 위한 커플링부재(34), 가압스프링부재의 한쪽끝이 상기 액설러레이터 페달제어부재(32)에 연결되고 가압스프링부재의 다른쪽끝이 상기 하우징(44)에 확실히 고정되며 제1위치("A")에서 상기 액설러레이터 페달제어부재를 가압시키기 위하여 작동할수있는 가압스프링부재(38), 상기 제1 위치("A")에서 상기 페탈제어부재(32)를 표시하는 제1전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제1위치("A")에서 상기 액설러레이터 페달제어부재에 반응하는 페달센서스위치부재(42), 그리고 상기 액설러레이터 페달제어부재가 상기 제1위치("A")로부터 상기 제2위치로 회전하면서 상기 액설러레이터 페달제어부재(32)의 제2위치를 표시하는 제2전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 작동할수있는 위치센서부재(40)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액설러레이터 제어장치.
- 내연기관의 액설러레이터 페달에 연결된 액설러레이터 제어장치(12)에 있어서, 하우징(44), 상기 하우징(44)및 액설러레이터페달(28)에 연결되고 제1위치("A")로, 부터 복수의 제2위치의 하나로 회전을 위하여 장착된 커플링부재(34), 상기 하우징(44)내부에 저어널되고 상기 커플링부재(34)에 의해 회전되기 위하여 채용된 축부재(36), 상기 축부재(36)에 연결되고 상기 제1위치("A")에서 상기 커플링부재(34)를 가압하기 위하여 작동할 수 있는 가압스프링부재(38), 커플링부재(34)가 제3전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제2위치에 있을때 및 제1전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제1위치("A")에서 상기 커플링부재(34)에 반응하는 센서부재(42), 그리고 상기 제1위치("A")로부터 상기 제2위치까지 회전양을 표시하는 제2전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 커플링부재와 반응하는 상기 축부재(36)의 회전에 반응하는 부재(44)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액설러레이터 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 회전에 대하여 상기 축부재(36)을 선장착하기위하여 제2가압부재를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액설러레이터 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2가압부재는 상기축부재(36)와 상기 하우징(44)에 대하여 베어링 주위로 마찰워셔, 그리고 상기 축부재와 상기 마찰워셔부재 및 상기 커플링부재(34)에 대하여 베어링주위로 압축스프링(60)를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액설러레이터 제어장치(12).
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 커플링부재가 제3전기 신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제2위치에 있을때 및 제1전기 신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제1위치("A")에서 상기 커플링부재에 반응하는 센서부재(42)는 상기 제3전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제1위치로부터 상기 커플링부재를 회전시키는 상기 커플링부재상의 압력에 반응하는 압력센서(57)인 것을 특징으로 하는 액설러레이터 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 커플링부재가 제3전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제2위치에 있을때 및 상기 제1위치에서 상기 커플링부재에 반응하는 상기 센서부재(42)는 상기 제3전기신호를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 제1위치로부터 회전시키는 센서작용부재에 의해 작용되는 스위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 액설러레이터 제어장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스위치부재(42)는 상기 센서작용부재(48)에 의해 작용되고 상기 제2위치에서 상기 커플링부재(34)에 의해 정상화되는 폐쇄된 스위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 액설러레이터 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
