제1도는 본 발명에 따른 전계 발광 소자의 종단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a)하기 평균 단위식(Ⅰ)로 나타내지는 시아노알킬기-함유 오르가노폴리실록산으로 주로 이루어진 유전체를 매트릭스로서, 및 (b) 매트릭스에 분산된 전계 발광성 분리체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 전계 발광 조성물.
    (상기 식중, R1은 3내지 5 탄소원자의 시아노알킬기이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 일가 탄화수소기이고, 첨자 a는 0.8 내지 1.8범위의 양수이고, 첨자 b는 0 또는 1.0을 초과하지 않는 양수이고, 단 a+b는 1.1 내지 1.98의 범위이다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전계 발광성 분립체의 양이 매트릭스인 유전체를 기준으로 하여 20 내지 80부피% 범위인 전계 발광 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 시아노알킬기가 2-시아노에틸기인 전계 발광 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 첨자 b가 0.01 내지 0.1범위의 양수인 전계 발광 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전계 발광성 분립체가 50㎛를 초과하지 않는 입경을 갖는 전계 발광 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전계 발광성 분립체가 황화키드뮴, 황화아연, 셀렌화아연, 규산아연, 질화붕소 및 탄화실리콘으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 전계 발광 조성물.
  7. (A)(a) 하기 평균 단위식(Ⅰ)로 나타내지는 시아노알킬-함유 오르가노폴리실록산으로 주로 이루어진 유도체를 매트릭스로서, 및 (b) 매트릭스에 분산된 전계 발광성 분립체를 함유하는 전계 발광 조성물 층, 및 (B) 전계 발광 조성물 층을 샌드위치하는 두 전극판을 함유함을 특징으로하는 전계 발광 소자.
    (상기식중, R1은 3 내지 5탄소원자의 시아노알킬기이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 일가 탄화수소기이고, 첨자 a는 0.8 내지 1.8범위의 양수이고, 첨자 b는 0 또는 1.0을 초과하지 않는 양수이고, 단 a+b는 1.1 내지 1.98의 범위이다.)
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 전개 발광 조성물층이 10 내지 70㎛ 범위의 두께를 갖는 발광소자.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 전극판 중 하나는 투명하고, 다른 하나는 불투명한 전개 발광소자.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 전개 발광 조성물층과 불투명 전극판 사이에 절연층이 삽입되어 있는 전계 발광 소자.
