Claims (2)
- Al2O3단미 또는 Al2O3를 95중량%이상 함유하는Al2O3게세라믹스 5~70중량부와 도전재로서 ZrB₂, ZrC, ZrN, TaB₂, Tac, TaN, TiB₂, TiC 및 TiN의 최소한 1종 이상의 30~95중량부 혼합하여 이루어진 조성물을 소결하여 얻어지는 도전성 세라믹스.
- 실온시의 전기저항율이 1cm이하이며, 또한 저항온도 특성이 정(正)인 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 도전성 세라믹스.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
