Claims (5)
100중앙부의 아연(Zn)분말과 0.01중앙부-15중앙부의 유기치란 화합물(organotitanium wmpound)와 페이스트 상태로 하기 위하여 요구되는 적당양의 비히클(Vehicle)과를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기에 소성으로 도전층을 형성하기 위한 도전 페이스트.
전기 유기치란 화합물은Ti(O-C17H35)4,Ti(O-C4H)4, Ti(n-C4H9O)2(CH2C6H5)2, Ti(O-iC3H7)2[OC(CH3)CH COCH3)2, Ti(O-nC4H9)2[OC2H4N(C2H14OH)2]2및 Ti(OH)2[OCH(CH3)COOH]2로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 유기치란 화합물이 특허청구 범위 제1항 기재의 도전 페이스트.
다시 0.01 중앙부-5중앙부의 부가물질을 함유하고 해부가 물질은 Pb,Pb화합물, Bi,BT화합물, Pr,Pr화합물, Cu,Cu화합물, Cd및 Cd화합물로 부터 선택된 적어도 일종인 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항기재의 도전 페이스트.
전기 부가물질은 금속산화물인 특허청구의 범위 제3항 기재의 도전 페이스트.
전기 금속 산화물은 Pb3O4, Bi2O3, Pr6O11, CnO, CdO로부터 선택된 적어도 일종의 금속 산화물인 특허청구의 범위 제4항 기재의 도전 페이스트.
