제3도는 제1도의 실시예에 의한 글루우플럭용 히이터의 통전내구시험에 있어서의 저항치변화를 나타낸 특성도.
제4도는 제1도의 실시예에 의한 글루우플럭용 히이터의 고온내구시험에 있어서의 저항치변화를 나타낸 특성도.
Claims (10)
- (a)탄화규소와, (b)플러스의 저항온도계수를 나타내는 무기화합물을 주체량으로 하며, 전체로서 플러스의 저항온도계수를 나타내는 도전성 세라믹소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b)성분은 붕화티탄, 붕화지르코늄, 질화티탄, 질화지르코늄에서 선정되는 도전성 세라믹소결체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (1)성분의 분말 100중량부에 대하여 상기 (b)성분의 분말이 10-200중량부인 도전성 세라믹소결체.
- (a)탄화규소와, (b)플러스의 저항온도계수를 나타내는 무기화합물과, (c)소결조제를 주체량으로 하며, 전체로서 플러스의 저항온도계수를 나타내는 도전성 세라믹소결체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (c)성분은 알루미늄화합물, 붕소화합물에서 선정되는 무기화합물로서, 원료혼합물중 알루미늄 또는 붕소환산으로 0.1-3중량%를 차지하는 도전성 세라믹소결체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 (a)성분의 분말 100중량부에 대하여 상기(b)성분의 분말이 10-200중량부인 도전성 세라믹소결체.
- (a)탄화규소와, (b)탄화규소를 제외한 비산물계 세라믹 주체량으로 하는 혼합물을 예비 성형하여, 비산화성 분위기하에 온도 1700-2300℃, 압력 10-500㎏/㎠의 조건으로 호트프레스 소결한, 전체로서 플러스의 저항온도계수를 나타내는 도전성 세라믹소결체.
- (a)탄화규소와, (b)플러스의 저항온도계수를 나타내는 무기화합물을 주체량으로 하며, 전체로서 플로스의 저항온도계수를 나타내는 도전성 세라믹소결체를 도전부에 사용한 세라믹히이터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 세라믹소결체는 소결조제를 포함하는 세라믹히이터.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 (a)성분의 분말 100중량부에 대하여, 상기 (b)성분의 분말이 10-200중량부인 세라믹히이터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
