Claims (2)

  1. n형 전도성을 나타내며 저항 전도성 상태를 갖는 접촉층을 구비하고, 접촉층이 세라믹 표면에 접하는 접촉층이 환원특성을 가지며 증착에 의해 제공되고 적어도 두개의 부층으로 구성되는 세라믹 전기소자에 있어서,
    환원특성을 갖고 접하는 층이 다음 조성물
    유리질 결합체 전체중량의 10 내지 25%
    알루미늄 입자 전체중량의 5% 이하
    은입자 전체중량의 50% 이상
    의 혼합물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 전기소자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    환원특성을 갖고 접하는 층이 다음 조성물
    유리질 결합체 전체중량의 10 내지 25%
    알루미늄 입자 전체중량의 5% 이하
    은입자 전체중량의 20 내지 50%
    를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 전기소자.
