Claims (13)
- 카본 블랙을 함유하는 도전성 실리콘 조성물에 있어서, 전술한 카본 블랙은 염산흡액약이 12ml/5g 이하이고, 또 옥소흡착량이 50mg/g 이하의 아세틸렌 블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 실리콘 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 고무 조성물이 유기화산화물을 이용하여 가열 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 조성물이 부가 반응에 의해서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실리콘 고무 조성물이 구성성분으로써 폴리실록산 베이스 폴리머를 포함하고 그 폴리실록산 베이스폴리머의 중합도가 1000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 실리콘 고무 조성물이 구성성분으로써 폴리 실록산 베이스 폴리머를 포함하고 그 폴리실록산 베이스폴리머의 중합도가 1000 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가성분으로써 탄산마그네슘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 추가 성분으로써 25℃에서의 점도가 50-5000,000cps의 폴리오르가노 실록산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리오르나노실록산이 양말단에 비닐기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실록산이 양말단을 수산기 또는 메틸기로 봉새된 폴리 디메틸 실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추가 성분으로써 평균입자직경이 200mμ이상이고 또 BET 법에 의해 비표면적이 15㎡/g 이하의 카본블랙을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 추가 성분으로써 백금화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (A) 부가형 경화성 폴리오르가노실록산, (B) 옥소흡착량이 50mg/g 이하, 평균입자직경이 35mμ이상, DBP 흡유량이 150ml/100g 이상의 카본블랙, (C) 용제로 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 잉크.
- 제12항에 있어서, 카본 블랙이 아세틸렌 블랙인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 잉크.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
