Claims (10)
- (1) SiH기 또는 실라놀-작용기를 중량비로 20%까지 가지며, 25℃에서 점도가 약 50내지 약 100,000인 디오 가노폴리실옥산 염기성 폴리머(2) 불포화 유기반응 희석제에 분산된, R3SiO½및 SiO½ 단위의 공중합체(여기에서 R은 같거나 다른 탄수 2이하의 일가 탄화수소 래디칼)(3) SiH기를 중량비로 100비를 가지며, 25℃에서 점도 25내지 1000CPS인 폴리메틸 하이드로겐실옥산 유체 가교 결합제(4) 상기한 공중합체, 상기한 첨가제 및 상기한 가교 결합제 사이에서 첨가 경화 하이드로실레이션 반응을 축진시키는 효율적인 량의 귀금속 촉매(5) 상기한 실리콘 조절된 박리 조성물의 열 경화 온도 이하의 온도에서 상기한 하이드로실레이션 반응을 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 불포화 탄소-탄소를 포함하는 상당한 량의 디알킬 카복실 에스테르로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한 용매부재 실리콘 조절된 박리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 염기성 폴리머가 비닐-쇄 정지된 폴리디메틸비닐실옥산 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 공중합체 성분(2)은 응축되지 않은 실리콘 MQ수지이고 상기한 반응 희석제는 디부틸말리에이트, 데실비닐에테르, 도데실비닐에테르, 캄펜, C(16내지 18) 알파-올레핀 및 메타-비스이소프로페닐벤젠으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택한 반응희석제인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 공중합체 성분(2)이 C(16내지 18) 알파-올레핀에 분산시킨 비닐 실리콘 MQ수지인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 소량의 비닐-함유 폴리실옥산 고무를 함께 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염기성 폴리머가 실라놀 작용기이고 옥타메틸사이클로테트라실옥산 및 물의 KOH-촉매 평형에 의해서 제조되고, 소량의 트리스(2-클로로에틸) 포스파이트의 부가에 의하여 중화된 조성물.
- 사이클릭폴리실옥산 단량체 및 물의 염기-촉매 평형에 의하여 제조되고, 상기한 염기를 트리스)2-클로로에틸) 포스파이트의 부가로 중화하여 25℃에서 점도 약 50내지 100,000 CPS이며 SiOH기가 중량비 약 20%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 잠재 응축 촉매없는 실라놀-작용기 디오가노폴리실옥산 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기한 염기가 KOH이고 상기한 사이클릭 폴리실옥산 단량체는 옥타메틸사이클로 테트라실옥산인 살라놀 작용기 디오가노폴리실옥산 조성물.
- (a)염기 존재하에 사이클릭 폴리실옥산 단량체 및 물의 평형시키고 (b)트리스(2-클로로에틸) 포스파이트로 염기를 중화시킴을 특징으로 하는 SiOH작용기가 20중량%이하이고 25℃에서 점도50내지 100,000CPS인 잠재 응축 촉매없는 실라놀-작용기 디오가노폴리실옥산의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기한 사이클릭 폴리실옥산 단량체인 기본적으로 옥타메틸사이클로 테트라실옥산이고 상기한 염기가 KOH인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
