Claims (16)
- 다음의 A와 B로 구성된 실리콘 릴리스코팅조성물 :A. 다음의 (ⅰ),(ⅱ),(ⅲ) 및 (ⅳ)로 구성된 무용매부가 가고 조성물.(ⅰ) 약 20중량% 알케닐 또는 실라놀 기능기를 갖고 25℃에서 약 50 내지 100,000센티포스의 점도를 갖는 디올가노폴리 실록산 기초 폴리마,(ⅱ) 약 100중량% SiH-함유 실록시기와 25℃에서 약 25 내지 1000센티포스의 점도를 갖는 폴리메틸하이드로겐 실록산 액체,(ⅲ) 약 90° 내지 300℃ 사이의 온도에서 상기 기초 폴리머와 가교제 사이의 부가 가교 하이드 실란화를 촉진시키기 위한 효과량의 귀금속촉매,(ⅳ) 상기 실리콘 조성물의 열가교 온도 이하의 온도에서 상기 실리콘 조성의 귀금속촉매 하이드로실란화를 억제하기 위해 효과적인 탄소탄소사이의 불포화를 포함하는 디알킬카복실릭에스테르의 양.B. 고무가 약 200,000 내지 400,000의 분자무게를 갖는 상기 부가 가고 조성물의 가교를 가속하기 위한 효과적인 디메틸비닐 체인 중단 폴리디메틸 메틸비닐 실록산 폴리마 고무의 양.
- 청구범위 1에 있어서, 상기 고무는 상기 부가 가교성 조성물이 적어도 0.5중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 청구범위 1에 있어서 상기 고무는 상기 고무가 0 내지 5몰%인 메틸-비닐 실록시 단위 내용을 갖는 조성물.
- 다음의 A와 B로 구성된 실리콘 도포 조성물.A. 다음의 (ⅰ),(ⅱ),(ⅲ) 및 (ⅳ)로 구성된 용매 기초부가 가교성 조성물.(ⅰ) 약 20중량% 알케닐 또는 실라놀 가능기를 갖으며 25℃에서 약 50 내지 100,000에 이르는 점도를 갖는 디올가노폴리실록산 기초 폴리마,(ⅱ) 약 100중량% SiH -함유 실록시 그룹을 갖고 25℃에서 약 25 내지 1000센티포스의 점도를 갖는 폴리메틸하이드로겐 실록산 액체,(ⅲ) 약 90° 내지 300℃사이의 온도에서 상기 기초 폴리마와 상기 가교제 사이의 부가 가교 하이드로실레이션 반응을 촉진하기 위해 효과량이 귀금속 촉매.(ⅳ) 상기 부가 가교 조성물을 분산하기 위하여 효과적인 함량의 하이드로카본 용매.B. 상기 고무가 약 200,000 내지 400,000의 평균 분자무게를 가지는 상기 부가 가교성 조성물의 촉진에 효과적인 함량의 디메틸비닐 체인 중단 폴리메틸 메틸비닐 실록산 폴리마 고무.
- 청구범위 4에서 상기 고무는 적어도 0.5중량% 상기 부가 가교성 조성의 함량으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 청구범위 4에서 상기 용매는 헥산, 톨루엔, 나프타, 코실렌, 벤젠 그리고 이것의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 조성물.

- 다음의 A와 B 단계로 구성된 통상 접착되는 물질에 기질이 접착하지 않도록 하는 방법.A. 다음의 (a),(b),(c) 및 (d)를 결함됨.(a) 약 20중량% 알케닐 또는 실라놀 기능기를 갖고 25℃에서 약 50 내지 100,000센티포스를 갖는 디올가노폴리 실록산.(b) 약 100중량%의 SiH 함유 실록시 그룹과 25℃에서 약 25 내지 1000센티포스 범위의 점도를 갖는 폴리메틸 하이드로겐 실록산 액체 가교제.(c) 약 90° 내지 300℃사이의 온도에서 상기 기초 폴리마와 상기 가교제의 부가가교 하이드로 실레이션을 촉진하기 위한 효과량의 귀금속촉매.(d) 상기 고무가 약 200,000 내지 400,000의 평균 분자무게 및 약 0 내지 5.0몰%의 메틸-비닐 실록시 단위 함량인 부가 가교 조성물의 가교를 가속화하기에 효과적인 함량의 디메틸비닐 체인 중단 폴리메틸메틸비닐 실록산.
- 청구범위 9에서 기질위에 상기 조성을 도포하는 단계를 포함한 방법.
- 청구범위 10에서 상기 조성물을 가교하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 청구범위 10에서 상기 기질이 종이인 공정.

- 다음의 (a),(b),(c) 그리고 (d)로 구성된 메틸하이드로겐 실록시 가교 액체와 합쳐졌을 때 비접착 필름에 저온 가교를 가능하게 하는 실리콘 조성물.(a) 약 20중량% 알케닐과 실라놀 기능기를 갖고 25℃에서 약 50 내지 100,000의 점도를 갖는 디올가노폴리 실록산 기초 폴리마(b) 90° 내지 300℃사이의 온도에서 부가 가교 하이드록실 반응을 촉진하기 위한 효과량의 금속촉매.(c) 상기 조성물의 가열가교 온도 이하의 온도에서 상기 하이드록실 가교반응을 억제하는 데 유효 함량의 디알킬카복실에스테르.(d) 상기 조성물의 가고를 가속하기에 효과적인 양의 디메틸비닐 체인 중단 폴리디메틸 비닐 실록산.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
