Claims (17)

  1. 하기 일반식의 프로폭시벤젠 유도체.
    상기식에서, Ra는 니트로 그룹, 보호그룹을 가질수 있는 아미노 그룹 또는 -NHCH=C(COO-C1-6알킬)2그룹이고, Rb는 수소원자, 하이드록시 그룹용 보호그룹 또는 치환된 설포닐 그룹이며, Xa및 bb는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 각각 할로겐 원자이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Ra가 니트로 그룹인 프로폭시 벤젠 유도체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Ra가 아미노 그룹인 프로폭시 벤젠 유도체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Ra가 -NHCH=C(COO-C1-6알킬)2인 프로폭시벤젠 유도체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, Rb가 하이드록실 그룹용 보호 그룹들중에서 선택된 그룹인 프로폭시벤젠 유도체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, Rb가 하이드록실 그룹인 프로폭시벤젠 유도체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, Rb가 치환된 설포닐 그룹인 프로폭시벤젠 유도체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 2,3-디플루오로-6-니트로[(2-(테트라하이드로피란-2-일)옥시프로필]옥시]벤젠인 화합물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 6-아미노-2,3-디플로오로-[[2-(테트라하이드로피란-2-일)옥시프로필]옥시]벤젠인 화합물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 2,3-디플루오로-6-니트로-[[2-하이드록시프로필)옥시]벤젠인 화합물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 6-아미노-2,3-디플루오로-[(2-하이드록시프로필)옥시]벤젠인 화합물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 2,3-디플루오로-6-니트로-(2-P-톨루엔-설포닐옥시프로필)옥시벤젠인 화합물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 6-아미노-2,3-디풀로오로-(2-P-톨루엔-설포닐옥시프로필)옥시벤젠인 화합물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 2,3-디플루오로-6-(2,2-디알콕시카르보닐에테닐)아미노-[2-(하이드록시프로필)옥시]벤젠인 화합물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 2,3-디플루오로-6-(2,2-디알콕시카르보닐에테닐)아미노-[2(P-톨루엔설포닐옥시프로필)옥시]벤젠인 화합물.
  16. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 2,3,4-트리할로게노니트로 벤젠유도체와 일반식(Ⅲ)의 1,2-프로판디올 유도체를 염기의 존재하에서 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 2,3-디할로게노-6-니트로페놀과 일반식(Ⅲ)의 유도체를 미쭈노부(Mitsunobu)시약의 존재하에서 반응시키거나, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 유도체와 일반식(Ⅴ)의 유도체를 염기의 존재하에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 프로톡시벤겐 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
    Xd CH2CH(CH3) ORc (Ⅴ)
    상기식에서, Rc는 하이드록실 그룹용 보호그룹이고, Xa, Xb 및 Xc는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며 각각 할로겐 원자를 나타내고, Xd는 할로겐 원자 또는 설포닐옥시 그룹이다.
  17. 일반식(XⅤⅢ)의 프로폭시벤젠 유도체를 염기의 존재하에서 폐환시키거나, 일반식(Ⅹ)의 프로폭시벤젠 유도체를 미쭈노부 시약의 존재하에서 폐환시키거나, 일반식(Ⅹ)의 프로폭시벤젠 유도체를 하이드록실 그룹용 할로겐화제에 의해 할라이드로 전화시킨 후, 염기의 존재하에서 폐환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(ⅩⅤⅡ)의 7,8-디할로게노-3-메틸-2,3-디하이드로-2H-벤즈옥사진 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, Rd는 치환된 설포닐 그룹이고, Re는 수소원자 또는 -CH=(COO-C1-6알길)2이며, Xa 및 Xb는 제16항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
