제2도는 380℃의 유체상에서, 기산의 함수로서 본 발명에 따른 각종 촉매의 NOx전환율 ηNOx의 의존성을 나타낸다.
Claims (8)
- 성분(A)가 TiCl4를 화염 가수분해시켜 수득할 수 있으며 하기의 특성을 나타내는 미분된 산화물의 형태로 존재하고, 촉매는 이산화티탄을 그룹(B)금속의 염 용액으로 함침시키고 건조시킨 다음 100 내지 650℃ 바람직하게는 300 내지 600℃에서 하소시킴으로써 수득할 수 있음을 특징으로 하여, 3가지 이상의 금속, 즉, (A)성분(A)로서 티탄, (B1)제1성분(B)로서 텅스텐, 및 (B2) 제2성분(B)로서 바나듐, 철, 니오븀, 몰리브덴중 하나 이상의 금속이, 이들의 산화물 형태에서, 성분(B)금속에 대한 성분(A)금속의 원자비가 1:0.001내지 1, 바람직하게는 1:0.003내지 0.3인 혼합물로 이루어진, 산화질소를 암모니아에 의해 선택 환원시키기 위한 촉매.(1) DIN 53 194 또는 ISO 787/XI에 따라서 측정한다, (2) DIN 55 921또는 ISO 787/Ⅱ 또는 ASTM D 280-33(건조시 손실율) 및 ASTM D 1208-65(강열시 손실율)에 따라서 측정한다, (3) DIN 53 200 또는 ISO 787/IX 또는 ASTM D 1208-65에 따라서 측정한다. (4) 105℃에서 2시간 동안 건조된 물질에 대한 값이다. (5) 1000℃에서 2시간 동안 강열된 물질에 대한 값이다. (6) HCl%는 강열시의 손실분이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 물질 또는 금속으로 제조된 필수적으로 불활성이고 구조적으로 강화된 담체에 피복물로서 적용되는 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 먼저 수성 현탁액으로부터 이산화티탄을 구조적으로 강화된 담체상에 침착시키고, 건조시킨 후, 300 내지 600℃에서 열처리하고, 성분(B) 금속의 혼합 염용액으로 함침시킨 다음, 건조시키고 하소시킴으로써 수득되는 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수성 현탁액으로부터 이산화티탄을 구조적으로 강화된 담체상에 침착시키고, 건조시킨 후, 300 내지 600℃에서 열처리하고, 성분(B)금속의 염용액으로 함침시킨 다음, 연속해서 건조시키고, 경우에 따라 그 사이에 열처리함으로써 수득되는 촉매.
- 제4항에 있어서, 담체상에 침착시키고, 염처리한 이산화티탄을 먼저 텅스텐염으로 함침시킨 다음, 바나듐 염, 철 염, 니오븀 염, 몰리브덴 염 또는 이의 혼합물로 함침시킴으로써 수득되는 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 성분(B)금속의 염용액을 수성 현탁액중의 이산화티탄에 가한 다음, 혼합물을 분무-건조시키고, 경우에 따라 추가로 하소시킴으로써 수득되는 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 분무-건조시키고, 경우에 따라 추가로 하소시킨 형태로 수득한 촉매 물질에 보습제, 지지물질, 결합제, 성형 보조제 및, 경우에 따라 기공-형성제를 가하고, 물질을 혼련시켜 균질한 페이스트를 제조한 다음, 이 페이스트를 성형 또는 압출시켜 성형체를 제조한후, 성형체를 건조시키고, 하소시킴으로써 수득되는 촉매.
- 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 이산화티탄 형태의 성분(A) 및 염 형태의 금속성분(B)를 함유하는 제7항에 따르는 혼합물을 혼련시켜 균질한 페이스트를 제조하고, 이 페이스트를 성형 또는 압출시켜 성형체를 제조하고, 건조시킨 후, 하소시킴으로써 수득되는 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
