암모니아에 의한 산화질소의 선택적 환원을 위한 촉매
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 SiO2가 촉매 중에서 안정화재로서 사용될 경우 300℃이상 온도에서 작동되는 건조 석탄-연소장치의 연료가스 중에서 장시간 사용되는 동안 저하되는 활성 감소를 도시한 것이다(실시예 13참조).
제2 및 3도는 비교실시예 1에 따라 통상적으로 제조된 촉매와 비교하여, 본 발명이 촉매의 활성이 놀라울 정도로 높음을 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 아나타제 변형 반응에서 독점적으로 또는 우세하게 존재하는, BET 표면이 40 내지 500, 바람직하게는 50 내지 300 및 더욱 바람직하게는 75 내지 150m2/g인 반응성 고-표면 산화티탄형의 하기 성분 A)를, 하기 성분 B4) 및 B2), 바람직하게는 이의 전구체와 함께, 세라믹 페이스트, 습윤제, 지지물질, 결합제, 성형 보조제 및 임이의 합기제의 압축 성형 또는 압축 공정에서 통상적으로사용되는 첨가제를 첨가하면서, 격렬하게 혼합하여 (kneading) 균일하게 혼합된 페이스트를 형성시키고 : 혼합된 페이스트를 성형물로 압출시킨 후 : 온도를 최대 60℃까지 점진적으로 증가시키면서 성형물을 건조시키고 : 최종온도가 300 내지 800℃ 범위로 될 때까지 주위 대기하에서 온도를 단계적으로 증가시켜 성형물을 하소시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 성분 : A) 이산화티탄, B4) 텅스텐, 실리콘, 붕소, 알루미늄, 인, 지르코늄, 바륨, 이트륨, 란탄, 세륨의 산화물 중 하나 이상 및 B2) 바나듐, 니오븀, 몰리브덴, 철, 구리의 산화물 중 하나 이상(여기서, 성분 A) 및 B) 원소의 원자비는 1 : 0.001 내지 1 및 바람직하게는 1 : 0.02 내지 0.4 이다)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 산화질소와 암모니아의 선택적으로 환원반응을 위한 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 B1) 및 B2)의 출발물질로서, 수산화물, 산화물, 염 또는 이종다중산 또는 이의 염, 바람직하게는 암모늄염을 사용함으로써 수득할 수 있는 촉매.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 성분 B2)를 가하기 전에 혼합기에서 성분 A) 및 성분 B4)을 혼합하고 수득한 혼합물을 pH 7 내지 11, 바람직하게는 pH 8 내지 10에서 건조 예비 혼합시켜 잔여습기 함량이 3 내지 12중량% 바람직하게는 5 내지 10중량%가 되도록 하여 수득할 수 있는 촉매.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 성분 B2)를 가하기 전에 400 내지 700℃ 온도에서 성분 A) 및 B4)의 건조-예비 혼합된 혼합물을 예비하소시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 촉매.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 A), B4) 및 B2)로 이루어진 페이스트를 균일하게 혼합된 페이스트로 혼합하기 전에 300 내지 800℃ 및 바람직하게는 400 내지 700℃에서 예비하소시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 촉매.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 B1) 및 B2)가 이종다중산 또는 이의 특정 염, 바람직하게는 암모늄염 형으로 사용되고, 그룹 B1) 및 B2)의 금속이 원자비 12 : 1 내지 1 : 12로 존재하는 이종다중산 중에서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
  7. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 성분 B2)의 출발물질을 혼합공정으로부터 분리시키고, 분리 생성물을 수용액 중에서 염 또는 이종 다중산 또는 이의 특정염, 바람직하게는 암모늄염형으로 포화시켜 성분 A 및 B4)으로 이루어진 바람직하게 하소된 촉매 전구체에 도입시켜 수득할 수 있는 촉매.
