Claims (12)
- 단일 방사 빔을 발산하기 위한 광학장치에 있어서, 측평면에 있어서 방사의 대칭축을 통과하며, 레이저 배열의 PN접합층에 평행한 두 원거리 필드 로우브를 갖는 높은 배열 수퍼모드로 방사하는 위상고정 된 다이오드 레이저 배열 및 시준렌즈를 구비하며, 상기 시준렌즈 배면에 상기 배열로 측면 로우브중 한 통로에 편광 회전자와, 두 측면보다 원거리 필드 로우브에는 편광감지 빔 혼합기가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 빔 혼합기가 울라스톤 프리즘이며, 편광회전자 및 울라스톤 프리즘사이에 구성된 빔 편향기가 울라스톤 프리즘에 교차되도록 두 로우브의 방사축을 향하게 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구성된 빔 편향기가 그중 광학 웨지인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 울라스톤 프리즘이 같은 광학 축을 가지며, 대체로 같은 형태 및 치수를 갖는 두 외부 성분 프리즘과, 반면에, 상이한 형태 및 상이한 치수 및 외부 성분 프리즘의 광학축에 수직인 광학축을 갖는 중앙성분 프리즘과, 서로 배열된 후에 복굴절 재료의 3성분 프리즘을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 평광 감지 빔 혼합기가 평판과 함께 각각 45°상이한 방햐을 가지며, 서로 교차하는 평판의 광학축 서로에 평행인 제1 및 제2복굴절 평판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 시준렌즈와 제1복구절 평판 사이에 배열된 빔 회절기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 복굴절 평판사이에 다이오드 레이저 방사의 파장인 入로 入/2-평판이 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 편광감지 빔 혼합기 배면에, 상기 배열에 따라, 루사방사의 축에 대해 기울어진 인입 표면을 측 평면으로 갖는 최소한 하나의 프리즘인 프리즘 시스템 및 임의 방사축에 수직인 출구표면과, 다이오드 레이저 배열의 측면 원거리 필드에 있어서 공간 필터를 배열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학장치.
- 광학기록 캐리어를 광학적으로 기록하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 기록되기 위한 정보의 세기에 따라 변조된 방사 스포트를 발생하기 위한 광학헤드를 구비하며, 상기 광학헤드가 선행항중 어느 한항에 청구된 광학장치와, 회절이 한정된 라운드 스포트에 상기 소자로부터 방사된 빔을 상기 기록 캐리어로 집중시키기 위한 대물렌즈를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학적으로 기록하기 위한 장치.
- 기록 캐리어를 판독하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 방사 스포트가 기록 캐리어를 주사하기 위해 발생되는 광학헤드를 구비하며, 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에 청구된 광학헤드와 한정된 화절 스포트에 상기 장치에서 발생된 빔을 기록 캐리어로 집중되도록 하기 위한 대물랜즈를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 캐리어를 판독하기 위한 장치.
- 기록매체로 정보를 레이저 프린팅 하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 제1방향으로 움직일 수 있는 기록매체 캐리어와, 제1방향에 수직인 제2방향을 따라 방사빔을 주사하기 위한 빔 회절기를 구비하며, 기록매체로 한정된 회절방사 스포트에 대물렌즈에 의해 집중되며, 대체로 시준된 빔을 발생하기 위해, 청구된 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항의 광학장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록매체로 정보를 레이저 프린팅 하기 위한 장치.
- 제9항 및 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 광학장치의 공간필터가 대물렌즈의 인입동공에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
