Abstract
본 발명은 데이터 기억매체로부터 정보를 판독하는 광픽업헤드에 관한 것으로, 픽업헤드는 광빔을 데이터 기억매체로 향하게 하는 집속요소를 갖춘 광빔을 방출하기 위한 VCSEL과 데이터 기억매체로부터 반사된 광을 수광하는 수광요소 및 빔을 위치결정시키는 트래킹요소를 구비한다.

Claims (4)
- 데이터 기억매체로부터 정보를 판독하기 위한 광픽업헤드에 있어서, 픽업헤드는 : 경로를 따라 광빔을 방출하는 수직공동 표면방출 레이저와, 광빔을 데이터 기억매체로 향하게 하는 집속수단과, 데이터 기억매체로부터 반사된 광을 수광하는 수광수단과, 광빔을 위치결정시키는 트래킹 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업헤드.
- 데이터 기억매체로부터 정보를 판독하기 위한 광픽업헤드에 있어서, 픽업헤드는 ; 경로를 따라 광빔을 방출하는 수직공동 표면방출 레이저와, 수직공동 표면방출 레이저를 유지하고 광검출기를 구비하는 반도체 기판과, 광빔을 데이터 기억매체로 향하게 하는 집속수단과, 데이터 기억매체로부터 반사된 광을 수광하는 수광수단과, 광빔을 위치결정시키는 트래킹 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업헤드.
- 데이터 기억매체로부터 정보를 판독하기 위하 광픽업헤드에 있어서, 픽업헤드는 : 경로를 따라 광빔을 방출하는 수직공동 표면방출 레이저와, 광빔을 집속하는 렌즈요소와, 광빔의 편광을 변경하는 플레이트요소와, 반사된 광빔을 수광하는 광다이오드 어레이와, 광빔을 위치결정시키는 트래킹 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업헤드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 트래킹 수단은 수직공동 표면방출 레이저에 의해 방출된 빔에 평행한 광빔을 방출하기 위해 수직공동 표면방출 레이저의 대향하는 측면에 위치된 제1트래킹 수직공동 표면방출 레이저와 제2트래킹 수직공동 표면방출 레이저를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
