Claims (5)
- 레이저 전방에 반사경, 접속렌즈, 촛점오차보정용 렌즈 및 광주사장치를 차례로 설치하고 광주사장치에 의해 주사되는 레이저빔이 수속되도록 대물렌즈를 설치하되 대물렌즈는 고정 설치되며 대물렌즈 전면에 이동하는 광기록 매체에서 반사된 레이저빔이 다시 반사경에서 측면으로 반사되게 하되 반사된 레이저 빔의 경로상에 촛점 오차 및 트래킹오차를 검출할 수 있는 수단을 갖춘 수광장치를 설치하며 촛점오차의 보정은 광주사장치에 의해 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광주사장치(55)는 광기록매체 트랙추종용의 제1광주사장치와, 이 제1광주사장치의 주사방향과 수직의 광주사방향을 갖도록 설치되어 트래킹 오차를 보정하는 제12주사장치로 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 광학헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광주사장치(55)는 구동장치(62)로 구동되는 진동거울(61)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광주사장치(55)는 초음파광편향기(63)인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광주사장치(55)는 회전거울인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
