Claims (5)
- 레이저 다이오드의 발산광을 콜리메이팅 렌즈를 통해 평행광으로 집속시키고 이 평행광을 프리즘으로 정형시켜 대물렌즈로 디스크 상에 광정보를 기록하거나 반사된 광을 90도로 변환시켜 광검출기로 감지할 수 있도록 한 광 픽업용 광학계에 있어서, 프리즘에 입사되는 광이 수직방향으로 출사되게 하여 디스크 상에 집속되게 하고, 디스크에서 반사된 광은 최초의 입사광의 방향으로 반사되도록 레이저 다이오드의 광축과 광검출부의 광축이 일치되도록 광학계를 배치시킨 광 픽업용 배치방법.
- 빛을 발생시키는 레이저 다이오드(10)와; 상기 레이저 다이오드(10)의 발산광을 평행하게 집속시키는 콜리메이팅 렌즈(20)와; 상기 콜리메이팅 렌즈(20)의 평행광을 레이저 다이오드(10)의 발산광속비로 정형하면서 입사광을 수직방향으로 굴절 및 출사시키는 정형프리즘(30)과; 상기 정형프리즘(30)의 출사광을 미러(40)로 반사시켜 디스크(D)에 집속시키는 대물렌즈(50)와; 디스크(D)를 거쳐 정보를 가지고 되도롤아오는 빔을 최초의 입사광과 동일한 광축으로 수직 굴절시고 상기 정형프리즘(30)과 접합된 반사프리즘(60과); 상기 반사프리즘(60)을 통해 나오는 광을 집속시키는 집속렌즈(70)와, 상기 집속렌즈(70)의 광을 분리시키는 빔분할프리즘(80)과; 상기 빔분할프리즘(80)에 의해서 분리된 광을 감지하는 제1광검출기(90) 및 제2광검출기(90A)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 광 픽업용 광학계의 배치장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정형프리즘(30)은, 각 α1, α2가 다음 두식을 만족하는 프리즘으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한 광 픽업용 광학계의 배치장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반사프리즘(60)은, d면과 c면 사이의 각 및 d면과 e면 사이의 각이 45도이고, c면과 e면이 서로 수직인 직각프리즘으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한 광 픽업용 광학계의 배치장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정형프리즘(30)과 반사프리즘(60)의 접합면인 d면에 부분편광투과 코팅을 한 것을 특징으로 한 광 픽업용 광학계의 배치장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
