Abstract

본 발명은 초소형 광 픽-업장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 모든 수광 및 발광 그리고 집광소자, 광학계를 실리콘기판에 초소형 박막형으로 일체로 구성하여 조립 및 조정의 용이성과 경박단소화에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 초소형 광 픽-업 장치에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 다수의 광학소자가 집적 형성되는 실리콘기판, 상기 실리콘기판의 일측 중앙부에 형성되어 소정의 발진파장으로 레이저 빔을 방출하는 레이저 다이오드, 상기 레이저 다이오드의 양측에 소정간격을 두고 집적 형성되어 디스크로부터 돌아오는 광정보를 검출하는 제1 및 제2광검출기, 상기 실리콘기판 상부의 소정부분에 형성되어 상기 레이저 다이오드로부터 방사되는 례이저 빔을 평행광으로 유지하여 반사하는 프레즈넬 렌즈, 상기 실리콘기판 상부 일측에 형성되어 레이저 빔을 집광하여 디스크상에 포커스를 형성하는 대물렌즈, 상기 실리콘기판 중앙부의 소정위치에 형성되어 프레즈넬 렌즈에 의해 반사된 레이저 빔을 소정 비율로 투과 및 반사시켜 상기 대물렌즈로 조사하는 빔 스플리트, 상기 실리콘기판 하부의 소정 위치에 형성되어 상기 빔 스플리트에 의해 돌아오는 광정보를 상기 제1 및 제2광검출기로 조사하는 트윈 포커싱 빔 스플리트로 구성된 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 다수의 광학소자가 집적 형성되는 실리콘기판(1), 상기 실리콘기판(1)의 일측 중앙부에 형성되어 소정의 발진파장으로 레이저 빔을 방출하는 레이저 다이오드(2), 상기 레이저 다이오드(2)의 양측에 소정간격을 두고 집적 형성되어 디스크로부터 돌아오는 광정보를 검출하는 제1 및 제2광출기(3a)(3b), 상기 실리콘기판(1) 상부의 소정부분에 형성되어 상기 레이저 다이오드(2)로부터 방사되는 레이저 빔을 평행광으로 유지하여 반사하는 프레즈넬 렌즈(4), 상기 실리콘기판(1) 상부 일측에 형성되어 레이저 빔을 집광하여 디스크상에 포커스를 형성하는 대물렌즈(5), 상기 실리콘기판(1) 중앙부의 소정위치에 형성되어 프레즈넬 렌즈(4)에 의해 반사된 레이저 빔을 소정 비율로 투과 및 반사시켜 상기 대물렌즈(5)로 조사하는 빔 스플리트(6), 상기 실리콘기판(1) 하부의 소정 위치에 형성되어 디스크의 광정보를 상기 제1 및 제2광검출기(3a)(3b)로 조사하는 트윈 포커싱 빔 스프리트(7)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초소형 광 픽-업장치.
