제1도는 본 발명을 설명하는 유통도이다.

Claims (15)

  1. 공극 반경 200 내지 2,000Å의 범위에서 공극부피가 0.3cc/g이상이고, 상기 공극 부피는 공극 반경 35 내지 75,000Å의 범위에서 공극부피의 35%이상이고, 평균 입자 직경은 5 내지 300㎛이며, 입자크기 분포의 기하학적 표준 편차가 2이하이고, 100℃에서 톨루엔에서의 용해도가 30중량% 이하인 적어도 티타늄 및 염소가 다공성 물질상에 고정된 촉매성분으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 물질은 다공성 무기 산화물 또는 다공성 유기 중합체인 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매 성분.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 물질은 다공성 유기 중합체인 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매 성분.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 무기 산화물은 SiO2, Al2O3, MgO, TiO2, ZrO2, SiO2·Al2O3, 또는 MgO·SiO2·Al2O3인 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매성분.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 유기 중합체는 폴리스티렌계, 폴리비닐클로라이드계, 폴리올레핀계 또는 폴리크릴로니트릴계 중합체인 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매 성분.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 다공성 유기 중합체는 아크릴로니트릴-디비닐벤젠 공중합체의 스티렌-디비닐 벤젠 공중합체인 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매성분.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 티타늄 및 염소로 구성되는 촉매성분은 티타늄 트리클로라이드형 촉매 또는 티타늄/마그네슘 혼성계 촉매인 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매성분.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 촉매성분은 다공성 물질과 공존하는 유기 마그네슘 화합물로 알콕시-티타늄 화합물을 환원시킨 후 생성된 고체 산물을 에테르 화합물 및 티타늄 트리클로라이드의 혼합물로 처리하는 방법으로 다공성 물질상에 고정되는 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 촉매성분은 Si-O 결합 및 유기 다공성 중합체를 갖는 유기 실리콘 화합물과 공존하는 유기 마그네슘 화합물로 알콕시티타늄 화합물을 환원시키는 방법으로 다공성 물질상에 고정되는 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 고정될 촉매 성분의 양이 고체 촉매 성분의 함유량으로 1 내지 70중량%인 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매성분.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 티타늄 트리클로라이드형 촉매 또는 티타늄/마그네슘 혼성형 촉매 제조용 티타늄 화합물은 일반식 Ti(OR1)a Xb (식중, R1은 C1~C20탄화수소 잔기이고, X는 할로겐원자이고, a는 0a4이며, b는 0b4이고, a+b=3 또는 4이다)으로 표시되는 것인 올레핀 중합용 고체촉매성분.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 티타늄/마그네슘 혼성형 촉매 제조용 마그네슘 화합물은 환원력을 갖는 마그네슘-수소 결합 및 마그네슘-탄소 결합을 함유하는 마그네슘 화합물인 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
  13. 제6항에 있어서, 티타늄/마그네슘 혼성형 촉매 제조용 마그네슘 화합물은 환원력없는 마그네슘 화합물인 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 화원력 있는 마그네슘 화합물은 디에틸마그네슘, 디부틸마그네슘, 디헥실마그네슘, 에틸마그네슘 클로라이드, 부틸마그네슘 클로라이드, 헥실마그네슘 클로라이드, 부틸에톡시마그네슘 또는 부틸마그네슘 히드리드인 올레핀 종합용 고체 촉매 성분.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 환원력없는 마그네슘 화합물은 마그네슘 디할라이드, 알콕시마그네슘 화합물 또는 마그네슘의 카르목실산염인 올레핀 중합용 고체 촉매 성분.
