Claims (2)
- 하기의 3가지 필수성분을 함유하며;-90이하의 이소택틱 인덱스를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 100중량부, -20∼80중량%의 에틸렌을 함유하는 무정형 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어진 23℃크실렌 가용성의 공중합성 획분 (1) 8∼25중량부, -폴리에틸렌성 결정화도를 나타내고 50∼90중량%의 에틸렌을 함유하는 결정질 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어진 20∼10중량부의 획분(2), 여기서, 폴리프로필렌획분(1)및 (2)의 중량에 대하여 중합에틸렌이 총 함량이 4∼20%이 고상 기조성물중 획분(1)에 대한 전체중합 에틸렌의 중량비가 1이하, 바람직하게는 0.2∼0.8범위임을 특징으로 하는 저온에서 높은 충격강도를 갖는 폴리프로필렌 조성물.
- 단일중합 단계에서 90이하의 이소택틱 인덱스를 갖는 폴리프로필렌이 최종 생성물의 65∼90중량%범위의 양으로 수득되고 공중합 단계에서 23℃의 크실렌으로 추출될 수 있는 무정형 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체가 이와 같은 획분에 대한 총 중합 에틸렌의 중량비가 1이하이고 최종생성물에 있어 중합에틸렌의 총 함량이 4∼20중량%의 양으로 수득되는 조건하에 조작함으로서, 티탄 화합물이 3㎡/g이상의 표면적을 가지며 반응하지 않는 마그네슘 할라이드의 스펙트럼에서 나타나는 최대 강도의 선이 브로오드 하거나 또는 할로에 의하여 치환된 X-선 스펙트럼을 갖는 활성형태로 마그네슘 할라이드 상에 지지됨을 특징으로 하는, 적어도 한단계의 프로필렌 입체규칙성 단일 중합단계와 에틸렌 및 프로필렌의 혼합물의 공중합단계로 이루어진, 연속 또는 불연속의 프로필렌 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 혼합물을 중합함으로써 본 조성물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
