Claims (5)

  1. 유기알루미늄 화합물(I) 또는 유기 알루미늄화합물(I)과 전자공여체(A)의 반응생성물(IV)을 4염화티탄(C)과 반응시켜 수득된 고체 생성물(II)을 전자공여체(A) 및 전자수용체(B)와 반응시켜 수득된 고체생성물(III)을 유기알루미늄 화합물(IV) 및 방향족 카르본산에스테르(V)와 조합시켜 상기방향족카르본산 에스테르와 상기 고체생성물(III)의 몰비(V)/(III)를 0.1 내지 10.0으로 한 촉매의 존재하에, ① 중합량의 70내지 95중량%의 프로필렌을 중합시키고, 이어서 ② 전중합량의 30 내지 5중량%의 에렌틸 또는 에틸렌과 프로필렌을 1단계 이상으로 중합시켜 에틸렌 함량을 3 내지 20중량%로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강성 성형품용 프로필렌에틸렌블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 알루미늄화합물(IV)로서 디알킬알루미늄 모노할라이드를 사용하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 카르본산 에스테르로서 P-톨루일산메틸, P-톨루일산에틸, P-톨루일산부틸, 벤조산메틸, 벤조산에틸, P-아니스산메틸 또는 P-아니스산에틸중에서 선택된 1이상의 화합물을 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고체생성물(III)대신에 고체생성물(III)과 유기알루미늄 화합물을 조합시키고, 소량의 α-올레핀을 사용하여 예비활성화한 촉매(VII)를 사용하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 공중합의 제1단계에서 수득된 폴리프로필렌의 아이소탁틱펜타드분율(P)와 MFR의 관계가 1.00≥P≥0.015log MFR+0.955인 중합혼합물을 사용하여 공중합의 제2단계 이하를 실시하는 방법.
