Description

고강도, 내열성 알루미늄 합금 및 그로부터 가공된 물품을 제조하는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 고속 응고 공정에 의해 본 발명의 합금으로부터 리본을 제조하는데 사용되는 단일 로울러 용융기구의 개략도이다. 제2도는 본 발명의 Al8-xNi10Cu5XX합금의 고속으로 응고된 리본에 있어서 원소X(X=Ta, Hf, Nb 또는 Y)의 함량 및 빅커스 경도(Hv) 사이의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다. 제3도는 본 발명의 Al8-xNi10Cu5XX합금의 고속으로 응고된 리본에 있어서 결정화온도(Tx) 및 원소 X(X=Ta, Hf, Nb 또는 Y)의 함량사이의 상호관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 50부피% 이상의 비정상을 함유하는 것으로 하기 일반시의 조성을 갖는 고강도, 내열성 알루미늄 합금:
    AlaMbXd
    상기식에서 M은 Cu, Ni, Co 및 Fe로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소; X는 Nb, Ta, Hf 및 Y로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소; 및 a,b 및 d는 하기 범위내의 원자 백분율이다.
    45a90, 5b40 및 0.5d15
  2. 50부피% 이상의 비정상을 함유하는 하기 일반식의 조성을 갖는 고강도, 내열성 알루미늄 합금:
    AlaMbQcXd
    상기식에서 M은 Cu, Ni, Co 및 Fe로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소; Q는 Mn, Cr, Mo, W, V, Ti 및 Zn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소; X는 Nb, Ta, Hf 및 Y로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속 원소; 및 a,b,c 및 e는 하기 범위내의 원자 백분율이다.
