Claims (5)

  1. 주형이 주조스트립과 동기적으로 이동하는 연속주조에 의해 18% Cr-8% Ni을 포함하는 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강으로부터 두께가 6㎜ 이하인 주조스트립을 주조하고, 열간압연을 생략하고 직접 주조스트립을 냉간압연하여 얇은 시이틀 제품을 제조하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 표면물질 미치 재질이 우수한 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강박판의 제조방법에 있어서, 주조 직후에 주조스트립을 800내지 1200℃의 온도에서 코일링하고, 냉간압연 및 최종소둔을 시행하여 얇은 시이트 제품을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면품질 및 재질이 우수한 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강 박판의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코일로 감은 주조스트립을 800℃ 내지 1250℃의 온도범위에서 80분동안 유지한후, 소둔, 냉간압연 및 최종소둔을 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 주조를 주형벽으로부터 이탈되는 시점에서의 주조스트립의 고상율이 65% 이상인 상태에서 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 18% Cr-8% Ni을 포함하는 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강으로부터 두께가 6㎜ 이하인 주조스트립을 주조하고, 열간압연을 생략하고 주조스트립을 냉간압연하여 얇은 시이트 제품을 제조하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강 박판의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강으로 이루어져 있는 용강을 하기식으로 정의 되는 δ-Fe cal(%)가 0 내지10%가 되도록 조정하고, 주로 질소 또는 헬륨으로 이루어진 분위기에서 주조하여, 얇은 주조스트립을 제조하고, 800내지 1250°C의 온도범위에서 80분 이하의 시간동안 유지하고, 냉간압연 및 최종소둔을 시행하는 것을 특징으로하는 Cr-Ni계 스테인레스강 박판의 제조방법(단, δ-Fe cal(%)는 다음식 δ-Fe cal(%)=3(Cr+1.5Si+Mo+Nb+Ti)-2.8(Ni+0.5Mn+0.5Cu)-84(C+N)-19.8%로 정의된다.)
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 800 내지 1250°C의 온도범위에서 80분동안 유지한후 상기 얇은 주조스트립에 대해 소둔, 냉간압연 및 최종소둔을 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
