Abstract
C:0.0005중량% 이상, 0.01중량% 이하, N:0.001중량% 이상, 0.04중량%, C+N이 0.008중량%, Mn:0.05중량% 이상, 2.0중량% 이하, Al:0.005중량% 이하, O:0.01중량% 이하로한 강편을 Ar3변태점 ∼950℃의 온도범위의 끝마무리 압연온도로 열간 압연하여 400℃-600℃의 온도범위에서 코일에 권치한후 냉간압연에 이어서 제결정온도 이상의 온도로 연속 소둔을 행하고, 그후 재질조정 압연을 시행하여 캔용으로 사용햐서 캔 제조시의 가공성이 양호하고, 캔의 강도가 높은 것이 얻어지는 고강도 캔용 강판의 제조방법.

제1도는 압연에 의해 변형을 부여한때의 압하율과 항복 응력의 관계를 타나내는 그래프.
Claims (6)
- C:0.0005중량% 이상, 0.01중량% 이하와 Mn:0.05중량% 이상, 2.0중량% 이하 Al:0.005중량% 이하 및O:0.01중량% 이하를 함유하고 잔여부는 철 및 불가피적 불순물의 조성으로된 강편을 소재로해서 Ar3변태점 이상 950℃이하의 온도범위의 끝마무리 압연 온도로 열간 압연하여, 400℃이상, 600℃이하의 온도범위에서 코일에 권치한후 산세정을 거쳐 냉간압연을 시행하고, 이어서 제결정온도 이상의 온도로 연속 소둔을 행하고 그후 압하율 5%이상의 재질조정 압연을 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 캔용 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, Ti:0.001중량%이상, 0.1중량%이하, Nb:0.001중량%이상, 0.1중량%이하 및 B:0.0001중량%이상, 0.001중량%이하 중에서 선택한 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 캔용 강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 합하율의 상한이 50%이하의 재질조정압연을 실향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 캔용 강판의 제조방법.
- C:0.0005중량% 이상, 0.01중량% 이하, N:0.001중량% 이상, 0.04중량%, 이하와를 그들의 합계량(C+N)에 대하여 0.008중량% 이상 함유하고, Mn:0.05중량% 이상, 2.0중량% 이하, P:0.0.중량% 이상, 0.15중량%이하, Al:0.005중량% 이하 및 O:0.01중량% 이하를 함유하고, 잔여부는 철 및 불가피적 불순물의 조성으로 된 강편을 소재로해서 Ar3변태점 이상 950℃ 이하의 온도범위의 끝마무리 압연 온도로 열간 압연하고, 400℃이상, 600℃이하의 온도범위에서 코일에 권취한후 산세정을 거쳐 냉간압연을 시행하고, 이어서 재결정온도 이상의 온도로 연속 소둔을 행하고, 그후 재질조정 압연을 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 캔용 강판의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, Ti:0.001중량% 이상, 0.01중량%이하 Nb:0.001중량% 이상, 0.1중량% 이하 및 B:0.0001중량%이상, 0.001중량% 이하중에서 선택한 1종 또는 2이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 캔용 강판의 제조방법.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 압하율이 1.0% 이상, 50% 이하의 재질조정 압연을 시행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 캔용 강판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
