Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 원료가스를 화염가수 분해반응시키므로서 유리미립자를 합성하고, 이 유리미립자를 기판위에 퇴적하여, 원주형상 또는 원통형상의 스우트 모재를 합성하고, 이 스우트 모재를 가열소결하여 투명유리화하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 스우트 모재를, 스우트 모재의 전체길이를 가열할 수 있는 로길이를 가진 로내에서, 염소를 함유한 분위기에서, 적어도 스우트 모재의 직경비로 20% 이상 수축하는 것을 가능케하는 온도 및 시간으로 탈수처리를 실시하고, 계속하여 이 스우트 모재를 순 He 가스분위기에서 일단으로부터 일부분식 투명유리화 가능한 온도역에 삽입하여 투명유리화하는 특징으로 하는 광파이버용 모재의 제조방법.
