Claims (19)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물.
    상기 식중, X는 2-또는 3-티에닐, 2-또는, 3-푸릴, 2-또는 4-티아졸릴 또는 페닐로서 이 각각의 기들은 임의로 치환되고, 상기 티에닐, 푸릴 또는 티아졸릴기에서 임의의 치환은 클로로, 플루오로, 브로모 및 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 저급 알킬로 되는 군중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 부분이고, 상기 페닐기에서 임의의 치환은 클로로, 브로모, 플르오로, 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6개의 저급 알킬, 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸, 아미노, 술프히드릴 및 S(O)mR(식중, m은 0, 1 또는 2이며 R은 탄소원자수 1 내지 6개의 저급 알킬임)로 되는 군중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 부분이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X-CH2-부분이 비이미다졸의 1위치에 위치하는 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, X-CH2-부분이 비이미다졸의 4위치에 위치하는 화합물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, X가 2-또는 3-티에닐, 2-또는 3-푸릴, 또는 2-또는 4-티아졸릴이고, 각각은 제1항에서 기재한 바아 같이 임의로 치환된 화합물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, X가 2-또는 3-티에닐, 2-또는 3-푸릴, 또는 2-또는 4-티아졸릴이고, 각각은 제1항에서 기재한 바아 같이 임의로 치환된 화합물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, X가 페닐이거나, 또는 페닐이 제1항에서 기재한 바와 같이 임의로 치환된 화합물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, X가 페닐이거나, 또는 페닐이 제1항에서 기재한 바와 같이 임의로 치환된 화합물.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, X가 플루오로 또는 메톡시로 치환된 화합물.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, X가 플루오로 또는 메톡시로 치환된 화합물.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, X가 플루오로 또는 메톡시로 치환된 화합물.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, X가 Cl, F 또는 메톡시로 치환된 화합물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 4-[(4-메톡시-페닐)메틸]-2,2'-비-1H-이미다졸인 화합물,
  13. 제4항에 있어서, 1-(3-티에닐-메틸)-2,2'-비-1H-이미다졸인 화합물
  14. 제4항에 있어서, 1-(2-티에닐-메틸)-2,2'-비-1H-이미다졸인 화합물
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 4-(3-티에닐-메틸)-2,2'-비-1H-이미다졸인 화합물
  16. 하기 일반식
    X-CH2-Br 또는 X-CH2-Cl의 적합한-브롬화 또는-염소화 메틸화, 치환 또는 비치환, 일방향족 고리를 에틴올과 같은 용매중에서, 환류조건하에 수산화나트륨과 같은 염기 존재에서 2,2'-비-1H-이미다졸과 반응시키는 것으로 되는 하기 일반식의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기 식중, X는 2-또는 3-티에닐, 2-또는 3-푸릴, 2-또는 4-티아졸릴 또는 페닐로서 이 각각의 기들은 임의로 치환되고, 상기 티에닐, 푸릴 또는 티아졸릴기에서 임의의 치환은 클로로, 플루오로, 브로모 및 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6개의 저급 알킬로 되는 군중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 부분이고, 상기 페닐기에서 임의의 치환은 클로로, 브로모, 플루오로, 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 저급 알킬, 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸, 아미노, 술프히드릴 및 S(O)mR(식중, m은 0,1 또는 2이며 R은 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 저급 알킬임)로 되는 군중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 부분이다.
  17. 하기 일반식
    의 2-치환 이미다졸을 환류 조건하에, 수산화나트륨과 같은 염기 존재에서 에탄올과 같은 용매 중에서 일반식 X-CH2-Br 또는 X-CH2-Cl의 적합한-브롬화 또는-염소화 메틸화, 치환 또는 비치환, 일방향족 고리와 반응시키는 것으로 되는 하기 일반식의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기 식중, X는 2-또는 3-티에닐, 2-또는 3-푸릴, 2-또는 4-티아졸릴 또는 페닐로서 이 각각의 기들은 임의로 치환되고, 상기 티에닐, 푸릴 또는 티아졸릴기에서 임의의 치환은 클로로, 플루오로, 브로모 및 탄소 원자수 1 내지 6개의 저급 알킬로 되는 군중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 부분이고, 상기 페닐기에서 임의의 치환은 클로로, 브로모, 플루오로, 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 저급 알킬, 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 알콕시, 트리플루오로메틸, 아미노, 술프히드릴 및 S(O)mR(식중, m은 0,1 또는 2이며 R은 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 저급 알킬임)로 되는 군중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 부분이고 n은 1 또는 2이며, Y는 알킬, 아릴 또는 트리알킬실릴오서 알킬기는 1 내지 10개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄이며, 아릴기는 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 알칼. 클로로, 브로모, 플루오로 및 탄소 원자수 1내지 6개의 알콕시를 함유하는 군중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 치환체를 임의로 치환된 페닐 또는 나프틸이다.
  18. 일반식(I)의 화합물과 제약상 허용되는 담체로 되는 조성물.
  19. 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 치료적으로 허용되는 염으 유효량을 포유 동물에게 투여하는 것으로 되는 포유 동물의 고혈압 치료방법.
