Claims (16)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내어지는 나프토에산 유도체 및 그의 염.
    [식중, R1, R2및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자, 히드록실기, 저급 알킬기, 저급 알콕시기, 저급 알카노일옥시기, 히드록시저급알킬기, 저급 알콕시-저급 알킬기, 저급 알카노일옥시-저급알킬기 또는 아랄킬옥시기를 나타내며, R4는 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내며, R5는 치환 또는 무치환의 아릴기 또는 치환 또는 무치환의 헤테로아로마틱기를 나타내며, X는, 시클로알킬렌기, 2가의 질소를 함유하는 복소환식기 또는 기, -R8-NH- 또는 -NH-R8-을 나타내고, 여기서 R6및 R7은 각각 수소 원자 또는 저급 알킬기를 나타내고, R8은 시클로알킬렌기를 나타내든가 또는 R6및 R7은 R4와 함께 C1~3의 알킬렌기를 형성하여도 무방하며, Y는 -S(O)p- -(CH2)-n, -O- 또는 단일 결합을 나타내고, Z는 치환 또는 무치환의 알킬렌기 또는 단일 결합을 나타내고, ℓ은 0~4의 정수이며, m은 0~8의 정수이며, n은 0 또는 1이며 p는 0~2의 정수이며, q는 0 또는 1이다.]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및/또는 R2가 상기 일반식의 5- 및/또는 7-위치에 존재하고, R3은 상기 일반식의 2-위치에 존재하는 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 하나가 수소원자이고, 다른 하나는 히드록실기, 저급알콕시기, 저급 알카노일옥시기 또는 피리딜-치환저급 알콕시기를 나타내고, R3는 히드록실기, 저급 알콕시기 또는 저급 알카노일옥시기를 나타내는 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, q가 0이고 R4는 수소원자인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, X가 -CH2-,를 나타내는 화합물.

  10. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ-1)로 나타내어지는 화합물.
    [식중, R11은 히드록실기, 저급 알카노일옥시기, 또는 피리딜-치환 저급 알콕시기를 나타내며, R31은 히드록실기 또는 저급 라카노일옥시기를 나타내며, R51은 페닐기, 할로겐페닐기 또는 티에닐기를 나타내며;
    X는 -CH2-,를 나타내며, 여기에서 R61은 수소원자이든지, 또는 R61은 R41과 함께 C1~2의 알킬렌기를 형성하여도 무방하며; Y1은 -S- -O- 또는 단일 결합을 나타내며, Z1을 나타내며; ℓ은 0~4의 정수이며, m은 0~4의 정수이다.]

  12. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)로 나타내어지는 카르복실산 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 나타내어지는 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재된 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내어지는 나프토에산 유도체의 제조방법.
