Abstract
본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피페라진 유도체 또는 그것의 약학적 허용염에 관한 것이다 :
상기 식중,는 각각 저급 알킬, 저급 알콕시, CF₃, 및 할로겐으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환체들로 각각 치환될 수 있는 페닐기이고, Y는 0 또는 S이다.
상기 피페라진 유도체는 시그마 수용체 친화성을 지니며, 정신병의 치료에 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (9)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 피페라진 유도체 또는 그것의 약학적 허용염:상기 식중,는 각각 저급 알킬 , 저급 알콕시, CF₃, 및 할로겐으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 치환체로 각각 치환될 수 있는 페닐기이고, Y는 0 또는 S이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기가 각각 비치환된 페닐기인 피페라진 유도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기가 각각 비치환된 페닐기이고 Y가 0인 피페라진 유도체.
- 유사 피페라진 유도체의 제조방법으로 공지된 방법을 통해 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항의 피페라진 유도체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항의 피페라진 유도체 및 약학적으로 적당한 보조제를 포함하는 약학적 조성물.
- 임상학적 치료에 유용한 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항의 피페라진 유도체.
- 정신병의 치료에 유용한 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항의 피페라진 유도체.
- 시그마 안타고니스트 활성을 지닌 의약품을 제조하기 위해 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항의 피페라진 유도체를 사용하는 방법.
- 정신병 치료용 의약품을 제조하기 위해 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항의 피페라진 유도체를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
