Claims (8)
- 하기 일반식의 하이드라진 유도체 :상기 식에서, X는 C₁ 내지 C₄의 알킬 또는 트리플루오로메틸그룹이거나, 클로로(오르토 또는 메타위치), 플루오로 및 브로모중에서 선택되는 할로겐이고 ; R₁은 C₁ 내지 C₄의 알킬그룹이고 ; R₂는 수소, 측쇄상 C₃ 내지 C₄알킬, 일반식-CR₃R₄R5[여기에서, R₃은 그룹 OR6또는 NR7R8(여기에서, R6은 수소 또는 C₁ 내지 C₄의 알킬이고 ; R7및 R8은 각각 수소, C₁ 내지 C₄의 알킬그룹 또는 C₂ 내지 C₄의 아실그룹이거나, 벤조일그룹이거나, 또는 R7및 R8이 그들이 결합되어 있는 질소원자와 함께 5원- 도는 6원-헤테로사이클릭그룹을 형성한다)이고 ; R₄ 및 R5는 서로 동일하며, 수소 또는 C₁ 내지 C₄의 알킬그룹을 나타내거나, 또는 R₄는 수소이고, R5는 하이드록실그룹에 의해 임의치환된 C₁ 내지 C₄의 알킬그룹 또는 페닐그룹이거나 ; 또는 R₃, R₄ 및 R5가 그들의 결합되어 있는 탄소원자와 함께 아니도그룹을 형성한다]의 그룹, 하이드록실그룹에 의해 임의 치환된 페닐그룹, 5원- 또는 6원-헤테로사이클릭그룹, 또는 C₁ 내지 C₄의 알콕시그룹(바람직하게는, 에톡시그룹)이다.

- 하이드라진 수화물과 일반식(2)의 에스테르로부터 일반식(1)의 아실하이드라진을 제조한 다음, 생성물(1)을 일반식(3)의 아릴 알킬케톤과 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅲ)의 하이드라진 유도체를 수득함을 특징으로 하여 제1항의 유도체를 합성하는 방법.상기 식에서, R₁ 및 R₂는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 청구된 하이드라진 유도체가 활성성분으로서 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제와 함께 존재하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R₂가 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 그룹 CR₃R₄R5인 유도체.
- 제5항에 있어서, X가 오르토-클로로, 메타-브로모, 플루오르 및 브로모중에서 선택되는 할로겐인 유도체.
- 제6항에 있어서, R₁이 메틸그룹인 유도체.
- 제1항에 있어서, R₁ 이 메틸구릅이고, X가 오르토-클로로이며, R₂가 그룹인 유도체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
