Claims (10)
- 고융점, 경질 중합체의 가늘고 긴 입자가 그 내부에 분산된 폴리우레탄 중합체에 있어서, 상기 가늘고 긴 입자의 부재하에 제조된 유사 폴리우레탄에 비해 폴리우레탄의 인장강도 및/또는 신장도를 다소 증가시키기에 충분한 양으로 10마이크로미터 미만의 평균입자 길이를 갖는 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 경질 중합체가 적어도 6.4의 종횡비를 갖는 폴리우레탄 중합체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 중합체 100부당 경질 중합체 1 내지 20부를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 중합체.
- 제 1 항 내지 3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 경질 중합체가 방향족 디아민 및 방향족 디이소시아네이트의 중합체를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 중합체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디아민이 메틸렌 디아닐린을 포함하며 상기 방향족 디이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 중합체.
- 제 1 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비기공, 미세기공, 또는 기공을 갖는 폴리우레탄 중합체.
- 고-융점 경질 중합체의 가늘고 긴 입자가 그 내부에 적어도 하나의 활성 수소-함유 화합물을 포함하는 활성 수소-함유 조성물에 있어서, 상기 활성 수소-함유 조성물을 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 제조된 폴리우레탄 중합체에 보강재를 제공할 수 있는 양으로 10마이트로미터 미만의 평균입자 길이를 갖는 활성 수소-함유 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 경질 중합체가 적어도 6.4의 종횡비를 가지며 활성 수소-함유 화합물(들) 100부당 경질 중합체 1 내지 20부의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항 또는 8항에 있어서, 상기 경질 중합체가 방향족 디이소시아네이트 및 방향족 디아민의 중합체의 조성물.
- 활성수소-함유 조성물을 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시킴을 포함하는 폴리우레틴 중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, (1)폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시키기 전에, 10마이크로미터 미만의 평균길이를 갖는 가늘고 긴입자를 포함하는 분리 형성된 고융점 경질 중합체를 수소-함유 조성물내에 분산시키거나, 또는 (2) 폴리이소시아네이트와 반응시키기 전에, 10마이크로미터 미만의 평균길이를 갖는 가늘고 긴 입자를 포함하는 고융점 경질 중합체를 수소-함유 조성물중의 동일 반응계내에서 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 중합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
