Claims (3)

  1. 함수량이 약 0.8% 내지 약 3.9%이고 하기 X-선 회절 특성을 갖는 실질적인 무수 결정형 세파드록실 :
  2. 7-ADCA로부터 바로 제조된 세파드록실 수용액의 pH를 5.5 내지 6으로 조절하면서 이 용액에 디메틸아세트아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 모노메틸 포름아미드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 용매를 가하여 이에 상응하는 세파드록실 용매화물을 침전시키고 이를 여과하여, 건조시킨 후 약 2% 내지 4% 물 또는, 약 0.1% 내지 4% 물 및 0% 내지 약 60% 메탄올을 함유하는 이소프로필 알코올로 +45℃ 내지 +55℃ 온도에서 슬러리화하고, 목적하는 세파드록실을 여과하여 분리하여, 제 1 항에 따른 결정형 세파드록실을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에서 청구되거나, 또는 제 2 항에서 청구한 방법으로 생성된 실질적인 무수 결정형 세파드록실 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제를 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
