Claims (6)

  1. 필수적으로 하기의 X-선 회선 특성을 나타내는 결정성 세파트록실 헤미하이드레이트.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 3,5% 내지 약 2.0%의 수분 함량을 갖는 결정성 세파드록실 헤미하이드레이트.
  3. 세파트록실의 디메틸아세트아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 및 모노메틸포름아미드 용매화물.
  4. 7-ADCA로 부터 새로이 제조된 세파드록실 수용액에 용해의 pH를 5.5 내지 6으로 조절하면서 디메틸아세트아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 및 모노메틸포름아미드로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 용매를 가하여 상응하는 세파드록실 용매화물을 수득하고, 이를 침전 및 여과해내어 건조시킨 후, 5% 내지 12%의 물을 함유하는 용적비 30:70 내지 70:30의 메탄올 : 이소프로필 알콜 혼합물로 약 +45%°C내지 +55°C범위의 온도에서 슬러리화 시키고, 수득된 결정성 세파드록실 헤미하이드레이트를 반응 혼합물로 부터 분리하여, 제 1 항에 따른 결정성 세파드록실 헤미하이드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
  5. 세파드록실의 디메틸아세트아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈 또는 모노메틸포름아미드 용매화물 5% 내지 12%의 물을 함유하는 용적비 30:70 내지 70:30의 메탄올 : 이소프로필 알콜 혼합물로 40 내지 55°C의 온도 범위에서 슬러리화시키고, 수득된 결정성 세파드록실 헤미하이드레이트를 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여, 결정성 세파드록실 헤미하이드레이트를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제 4 또는 5항의 방법에 따라 제조된 결정성 세파드록실 헤미하이드레이트 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제를 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
