Claims (9)

  1. 카커스 플라이는 한쌍의 환형 비이드 사이로 연장하고, 타이어의 중간 원주상 평면에 관하여 75° 내지 90°의 방향에서 위치하며 이격된 관계로 배치된 다수의 케이블을 구비하고, 상기 케이블은 다수의 아라미드 섬조로 제각기 구성되어서 비틀림이 부여되어 있는 다수의 방사를 구비하고, 상기 방사는 서로 함께 비틀려서 케이블을 형성하는 것으로 이루어지는 압축공기 타이어에 있어서, 상기 케이블의 비틀림비는 0.1 내지 1.9의 범위내에 있고, 상기 케이블은 8 내지 12의 범위에 있는 비틀림 계수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압축공기 타이어는 제1항에서 설명한 형식의 케이블을 구비하는 적어도 2개의 카커스 플라이를 가지고, 인접한 카커스 플라이에서 케이블의 기울기는 타이어의 중간 원주상 평면에 관하여 방향이 반대인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 벨트 플라이는 상기 카커스 플라이(또는 플라이들)의 반경방향 외부에 배치되어서 이격관계로 배치된 다수의 케이블을 구비하고, 상기 각 테이블은 다수의 방사를 구비하고, 상기 방사는 다수의 아라미드 섬조로 제각기 구성되어서 비틀림이 부여되고, 상기 방사는 서로 함께 비틀려서 케이블을 형성하고, 상기 케이블의 비틀림비는 1.0 내지 3.0의 범위내에 있고, 상기 케이블은 5 내지 7의 범위에 있는 계수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
  4. 트래드부와 상기 트래드부 아래에 놓여 있는 벨트조직을 구비하고, 상기 벨트조직의 하나의 벨트 플라이는 이격관계로 배치된 다수의 케이블을 구비하고, 상기 케이블은 다수의 방사를 구비하고, 상기 방사는 다수의 아라미드 섬조로 제각기 구성되어서 비틀림이 부여되고, 상기 방사는 서로 함께 비틀려서 케이블을 형성하는 것으로 이루어지는 압축공기 타이어에 있어서, 상기 케이블의 비틀림비는 1.0 내지 3.0의 범위내에 있고, 상기 케이블은 5 내지 7의 범위에 있는 비틀림 계수를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 케이블의 비틀림비는 2.0 내지 3.0의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
  6. 제3항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 케이블은 동일한 벨트 플라이에서 바로 옆의 인접한 케이블로부터 최소한 케이블 직경의 25% 거리만큼 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
  7. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 카커스 플라이내의 케이블은 이 카커스 플라이에서 바로 옆에 인접한 케이블로부터 최소한 케이블 직경의 25% 거리만큼 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
  8. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 카커스 플라이내의 케이블은 인접한 카커스 플라이(또는 플라이들)의 가장 근접한 케이블로부터 최소한 케이블 직경의 50% 거리만큼 분리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
  9. 전항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 항공기에서 사용하기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 압축공기 타이어.
