제1도는 본 발명에 따른 뉴마틱 라디알 타이어(pneumatic radial tire)의 한 구현예의 우반단면을 부분적으로 나타낸 투시도이고 ;
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 뉴마틱 라디알 타이어의 다른 구현예의 우반단면을 부분적으로 나타낸 투시도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 타이어의 적도면에 대하여 70~90℃ 코드각으로 기울어 서로 평행하게 배열된 유기 섬유 코드들을 포함한 카아커스 플라이 하나 이상, 이 카아커스 플라이의 크라운 부위 둘레에 덧붙여진 벨트층 2개 이상, 및 적어도 최외각 벨트층의 각 말단 부위를 덮고 있는 추가적 코드 보강층 하나 이상으로 이루어지고, 하나 이상의 카아커스 플라이 및/또는 상기 추가적 코드 보강층의 코드들이 각각 심부인 고유점도(I.V.) 0.8 이상의 폴리에스테르 및 외피부인 폴리아미드로 이루어지고 심부 및 외피부의 합에 대한 심부의 중량비가 0.3~0.9의 범위내인 외피-심부 구조의 복합 섬유를 가연(twisting) 함으로써 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 뉴마틱 라디알 타이어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기식으로 나타내어지는 가연계수 NT가 0.2~0.6의 범위내에 있도록 복합섬유가 케이블 가연(cable twisting) 및 플라이 가연(ply twisting)되고, 생성 코드가 고무 성분으로서 폴리이소프렌고무를 50%이상 함유하는 피복 고무중에 매립됨을 특징으로 하는 뉴마틱 라디알 타이어.
    NT = T × 0.139 × (1/2D)/ρ × 10-3
    (식중, T는 코드의 가연수(번/10cm)이고, ρ는 섬유의 고유 밀도이며, D는 코드의 총데니어 이다.)
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 추가적 코드 보강층이 복합섬유로부터 제조된, 타이어내 2.25g/d에서의 연신을 8.0% 이하 및 강도 5.5g/d 이상의 코드들로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 뉴마틱 라디알 타이어.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 투가적 코드 보강층이 적어도 벨트층들중 최외각 벨트층 전체에 걸쳐서 확장된 뉴마틱 라디알 타이어.
