Claims (7)
- 탄소질 피치를 방사해서 얻은 피치 섬유를 불융화한 후, 이어서 탄화 또는 흑연화 하는 탄소 섬유 및 흑연 섬유의 제조방법에 있어서, 방사된 피치 섬유를 합사해서 스트레이트계의 내열성 유제를 부여한 후, 산소 농도가 30% 이상인 산소 풍부가스 중에서, 섬유 속을 연속적이고, 선상으로 통하게 하여 350℃ 이하의 온도에서 블융화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 섬유 및 흑연 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 합사 후의 필라멘트 수가 500-100,000인 탄소 섬유 및 흑연 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 불융화 온도가 300-330℃인 탄소 섬유 및 흑연 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 산소 풍부 가스의 산소 농도가 40-80%인 탄소 섬유 및 흑연 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 스트레이트계의 내열성 유제가, 100℃에서 330℃까지 공기 분위기 하에서 0.5℃분의 승온 속도로 가열한 후의 점도가 100cst 이하인 탄소 섬유 및 흑연 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 스트레이트계의 내열성 유제가 알킬페닐폴리실록산 또는 산화 방지제를 함유하는 디메틸실록산인 탄소 섬유 및 흑연 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 알킬페닐폴리실록산이 페닐기를 5몰%-80몰% 함유하는 탄소섬유 및 흑연 섬유의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
