Claims (18)

  1. 하기(1)-(2) 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 및 2:1로 층을 이룬 규산염의 내수성 구조물을 제조하는 방법 : (1) 하기(a)-(c)의 공-분산액을 제조하는 단계 : (a) 구조단위당 약-0.4 내지 약 1.0의 평균 전하를 갖는 2:1로 층을 이룬 규산염 물질, (b) 중합체, 및 (c) 극성액체 ; (2) 이 공-분산액을 양이온성 응집제와 접촉시키고 그럼으로써 이 공-분산액을 불안정화시켜 중합체로 함유하는 규산염 응집괴를 형성시키는 단계.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 중합체가 극성 액체내에서는 분산성이 아니고, 상기한 중합체가 극성액체내에 분산된 규산염내에서는 분산될 수 있다는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 극성 액체가 글리콜, 물, 아세톤, 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올, 이소프로판올, 및 부탄올로 된 군으로부터 선택되며, 바람직하게는 본질적으로 수성인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서, 이암모늄 화합물이 하기 일반식을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 :
    상기식에서 (1) 각 R2는 수소 및 C1-C8포화 또는 불포화, 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬기에서 독립적으로 선택되고 ; (2) R3는 수소, 1-18개의 탄소원자를 지니는 포화 또는 불포화, 측쇄 또는 직선상 알킬기, 또는 1-18개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아릴기에서 선택된다.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 중합체가 극성 액체내에서 분산성임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 2항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 양이온성 응집제가 하기 일반식을 갖는 화합물에서 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 :
    [(R1)3N-(CX2)n-N(R1)3]+2
    상기식에서, (1) R1은 수소, C1-C8직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬기, C3-C6비환식 알킬기 또는 아릴기에서 독립적으로 선택되고(단, 각 질소위에 단지 하나정도의 아릴기가 있음), (2) 각 X는 수소, 알킬기 또는 아릴기에서 독립적으로 선택되며 (3) n은 2-15인 정수이며, 선택적으로 n이 3 또는 그 이상인 경우, CX2기는 방향족이 될 수 있는 고리부분을 형성할 수 있다.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, (1) 단계후에, 균질의 공-분산액으로써 필름을 제조하고 이어 필름을 (2)단계에서 양이온성 응집제와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, (2) 단계후에, 필름을 건조시키고 이어 고온 압축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제 2항, 제 6항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 양이온성 응집제가 아미노메틸렌이민 양이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 2항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 중합체도 응집되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제 2항, 제 6항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 양이온성 응집제가 이암모늄 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제 1항에 있어서, 단계의 공-분산액을 직조 섬유상 기질에 적용시키고 이어(2) 단계에서 양이온성 응집제와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제 1항에 있어서, (1) 단계에서의 공-분산액이 섬유도 함유한다는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제 1항에 있어서, (1) 단계의 공-분산액을 성형하고 이어 (2) 단계에서 양이온성 응집제와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 구조단위당 -0.4 내지 약 -1의 평균 전하를 갖는 응집되고, 팽윤된, 2:1로 층을 이룬 규산염과 중합체를 포함하는 내수성 규산염 및 중합체 구조물질(단, 상기한 중합체와 규산염은 균질하게 혼합되어 있어야 함).
  17. 제 16항에 있어서, 규산염이 디아민 화합물에서 또는 아미노메틸렌이민에서 유도되는 적어도 일부의 격자간 양이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  18. 제 16항에 있어서, 직조 또는 부직 섬유도 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 물질.
