Claims (11)
- C 0.008-0.10%, Si 0.80%이하, Mn 0.10-1.00%, P 0.035이하, S 0.020%이하, Cr 12-30%, Mo 0.1-1.0%, Ni 1%이하, Al 3.5-8.0%, 및 첨가제로서 Zr 0.010-1.0%, Ti 0.003-0.3%, N 0.003-0.30%와 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 잔여철로 이루어진 페라이트강의 와이어로드, 바, 빌레트, 시이트 또는 스트립 형태의 반제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강에 0.003-0.80의 희금속이 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는 페라이트강의 반제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 페라이트강이 C 0.04%이하, Si 0.20-0.70%, Mn 0.10-0.40%, P 0.25%이하, S 0.01%이하, Cr 15-26%, Mo 0.1-0.35%, Ni0.20%이하, Al 4.8-7.0%. Zr 0.05-0.50%, Ti 0.10-0.30%, N 0.008-0.030%와 잔여철 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 페라이트강의 반제품.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 강에 0.003-0.80의 희금속이 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는 페라이트강의 반제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 강이 C 0.04%이하, Si 0.20-0.70%, Mn 0.10-0.40%, P 0.025%이하, S 0.01%이하, Cr 15-26%, Mo 0.1-0.35%, Ni0.2%이하, Al 4.8-7.0%. Zr 0.05-0.5%, Ti 0.10-0.3%, N 0.005-0.03, 희금속 0.005-0.05%와 불가피한 잔여철로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 페라이트강의 반제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기강에 0.5% 이상의 니오븀(콜룸븀)이 첨가시킴을 특징으로 하는 페라이트강의 반제품.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 강이 C 0.04%, Si 0.20-0.7%, Mn 0.10-0.4%, P 0.25%이하, S 0.005%이하, Cr 15-26%, Mo 0.1-0.35%, Ni 0.20%이하, Al 4.8-7.0%. Zr 0.050-0.5%, Ti 0.010-0.3%, N 0.005-0.03%, Nb 0.5%이하 희금속 0.05-0.05%와 잔여철 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 페라이트강의 반제품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강에 칼슘과 마그네슘을 합쳐서 0.005-0.05% 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 페라이트강의 반제품.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 재료로 제조된 와이너를 구비한 금속제품의 전도가열을 가열부재.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항중 어느 한 항에 따른 재료로 제조된 고온연소가스에 노출되는 구조재.
